Below is the Reply which I got from Club Mahindra for cancelling my membership. Greetings from Club Mahindra! This is further to our discussion regarding your request for cancellation of your Club Mahindra membership. We once again draw your attention to the membership rules, Clause no 6.1 about cancellation of the membership. The cancellation charges are as under : Amount paid till date Rs. 65,000/- Deductions : 60% cancellation charges of membership cost Rs. 1,19,999/- Cost of Holidays Taken Rs.Nil Cost of RCI enrollment Rs.6000/- Cost of Gifts dispatched Rs.Nil ASF Overdues Rs.11600 Total Deductions Rs. 1,37,599/- Refund Amount Rs.Nil/- Since there is no refund of the amount paid by you so far, we urge you to withdraw your cancellation request and continue to enjoy holidays with Club Mahindra. .
