Colive — Baseless Legal Notice and Late Check out.

I have checked in in Colive Hilton (Room No-409), Bangalore on 24th of January 2022.

I have deposited Rs. 4548 (Rs.3000 for advance as a student and rest for rent till January 31, 2022). Then again I paid a rent of Rs.6107 on 3rd of Feb. After talking with your property manager. On 21st of February My father got admitted to hospital so I had left the property on 23rd of February itself.

On 28th of February I asked your property manager to check me out as your official App wasn't Responding. He said me yes I will do it.
Now I'm receiving mails that I have stayed in the property till March 24, 2022 which is completely baseless and I have to a RentOS for March month of Rs. 8233 (Rs. 6000 Rent + Rs 2233 as electricity bill) which is again baseless.

Issues while staying:
1. Room was not even cleaned once in a week (I have proof of chats with your team and feedbacks).
2. On 4th day itself I have raised an issue of door-lock which you didn't sole till 2 weeks ( I have proof for the same in your App itself).
3. The Kitchen wasn't clean a many times as the concerned person didn't respond to our request and said that he's not getting paid.
4. Food condition was completely unhygienic as the dishes were not cleaned regularly ( I have proof for the same).
5. Power Cut happened more often and for that I lost an placement opportunity also.
6. None of the facilities were delivered as promised.

Now Colive is sending me a legal notice to pay an amount of Rs.12, 826 + Cost of legal notice Rs.50000.
According to them.

I had an RentOS of Rs.8233. Electricity charge -Rs.93, Separation charge- Rs.1500, Notice Period Charge- Rs. 6000, Total of Rs.15, 826( For a period of 28 days stay). After deducting the advance of Rs.3000 I will have to pay Rs.12826.

I had paid for the month of February already, I left the property on 23rd of Feb. 2022. I don't know where form this Rs.8233 came and what kind o[censored]nreasonable extra charges they are levying on their customers.

After all this mental harassment, one of their employee called me and scolded me that I didn't inform them before leaving ( I have proof of leaving the property and asking your property manager to check me out).
