    Fraud and malpractice

    The team at colive has been operating on the procedure of scamming people and deliberately trying to squeeze out every last penny of their renters when they live there and while the leave. In my case, I found out on the 24th of August'21 that my rent is 22k while others in the same apartment are paying around 15-16k.     I have deposited 12k as deposit amount which was 2k as token amount and 10k as deposit amount, which they state is 10k only and deducted. No deposit amount received yet . Also, for a mere lightbulb and a celling fan the electricity bill is 1000rs. They deducted this twice with no proper documentation to justify.
    Lastly it has been almost a month amd the customer service never replies.

    The company hasn't provide any justification for the deduction and only copy pasted the same replies. Also, i requested them for a call back but they never did.

      I have vacated the colive property named Tornio 588 on September 2021. The colive wallet said I will get a refund of 6300 rupees and once I redeem it will be credited in 45 days. But it has been more than 4 months and not got the refund.
      I have called the person and the company like 100 times and no useful response. The sales team is saying we are not responsible for this. Plus the person who got the booking is not answering my call.

      I need my money back. They take away peoples bed if they dont pay the rent by 3rd of the month inspite of having the deposit with them. But here I haven't got the refund inspite of doing all the process right.

        I moved out of Colive Hilton Bangalore on the 30th November 2021. While moving in i paid a security deposit of 12k and I have cleared all my bills on time. I have had terrible experience with Colive as there is no way to reach them other than raising a service request on the app and responses from the app are automated and with a delay of 2-10 days. First of all, they ended up 6305 from my security out of 3305 was totally invalid. Inspite of that I was forcefully imposed with a so called offer called DYD to retain my money.. when I withdrew from the offer. I'm now having a run around to get the security deposit. Every time I reach these guys through the good for nothing app. The only response I get is "we are processing your refund, thank you for your patience" not sure, how these guys can play with people's money after making big commitments.

          I vacated from Colive bangalore and I didn't received the advance refund. And now after vacating they are asking to pay extra 2000 and they send legal notice

          I have already informed that I will be staying only for 18 days during my move in time (Dec 12) and concerned people from Colive told me that I will be getting full advance once I vacate and they provided me studio room instead of 1 bhk as its only 18 days stay.

          I cannot raise the notice period on Ist of the Dec as my move in date was on Dec 12 and the stay duration was only for just 18 days.

          If I was not getting my advance amount, this should have been notified to me before so that I won't prefer to stay in colive. This has not mentioned to me during move in time and they have Clearly mentioned I will be getting advance amount once i vacate.

          Please take action

            I checked into Colive on Aug 7th 2021 and vacated it on 20th of Sept 2021. I paid 17, 000 as deposit where they said I would get 10, 766 back. But I did not revive the amount till now. They asked me to raise a notice period on their app but at that time the app wasn’t working and I told them the same thing. They told me they would raise a notice period themselves. Now they put wrong charges on me claiming that I should pay them 13, 000 for what reason even I don’t know. This company is a fraudulent company stealing money from people like us. This should stop. They sent me charges from Pvtcourt.com website when I talked to them they themselves said that Colive put cases of 300 every quater which I think all are wrong charges.

              Unauthorized charges

              I was staying at Colive Tornio, Bangalore. I raised a notice to vacate the place on 1st December and vacated on 31st December. I had informed the property manager to adjust the rent from my deposit as the deposit was 9k and rent was 7.8k. I did not even want 1200 back. But after a few days I have received a mail from Colive asking to pay them 4.5k which includes separation charges and 2 months of electricity bill, which is completely absurd....

              I was searching for a ladies pg in Bangalore and colive contacted me and showed me the rooms through video call and fixed the rent and when I came here to visit the premise it was not as stated and there were no such facilities as mentioned and the property manager told due to high demand the rent won't be the same and colive has not confirmed him! Had a bad experience with the service of colive so I told the agent to refund my booking money but he said it's not possible, and started blaming me for not staying there!

                  I used to live in CoLive Garnet, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Vacated the property end of November and had paid all the outstanding rent before moving out. However, they are now deducting outstanding rent, electricity bill and “other” expenses. I have been asking them to send me electricity bill so that I can verify, but no response. I also have been trying to contact them via email, call and also raised a service request on their mobile app. Didn’t receive any calls or email but now the request shows resolved!

                    I am writing here after waiting for a month after complaining on poor quality of food as well as the lift issue I live on 4th floor and the lift is not functional since 28 Nov and till now nothing is done.                       I stayed there for one month with my friend. One bed was broken in that room we raised a ticket but it was not resolved. We made the complete payment but service was worst. Then they said that we will get the refund by 15th but even no update about refund. Tried calling the property manager and the billing team but they all are too busy that they can’t resolve the issue. Tried calling the customer support number and the chat team but no response from them also. The worst service I ever experienced

                        I started my stay in colive from September, 2021. It been 3 months and I have paid all my rent on time. I have vacated last month after serving one month notice period. I have paid a security deposit of 28, 000 which is 2 months of rent. In the statement of security deposit refund, there are making a scam in the name of DYD offer which is basically double your deposit by which they don't return 10, 000 rupees and instead they say they will put it in colive account. If we don't opt for this, we have to additionally wait for 30 days for the money to be returned. These fraudsters does this without even my consent and makes us wait for a pretty long while to get our deposit back. Next, I have paid electricity charges for all months except November (one month). But they have mentioned 1800 rupees for two months of electricity charges. Next, they charge 3500 as separation charges which we are not given any proper explanation. Next, they have charged 3200 as repair and maintenance which has nothing to do as I left the house in perfect condition and they don't give any proper explanation for what these charges are.

                          I booked the property Colive Gardenia 2 - Room No. 205 and checked-in on 5th of December. Before Checking in, I reached out to the property manager on 4th December to make sure the room was cleaned, all the taps were working, electrical fittings were there etc.

                          However, when I checked in, I was very disappointed at the condition of the flat which were as follows:
                          1. Ants & Insects were roaming all around.
                          2. Walls having stains.
                          3. Dust accumulated near the windows, corners and on a lot of other places.
                          4. Taps (Washroom Faucets, Showers, sink taps etc.) not working.
                          5. Electrical fittings missing (crucially no lights in the washroom)
                          6. Torn wallpapers.
                          7. Dirty floors.
                          8. The property video shared by the sales person is different from the room allotted.
                          9. Wifi not working.
                          10. TV not working.
                          11. Cupboard is unstable.
                          12. Amenity of fitness room not present as promised in the app / website.
                          13. The bedsheets seemed unclean.

                              I an my bf moved in to Colive dublin last week. But it turned out to be boys PG. Then i was shifted to Colive Highland Pg in ejipura which has no food facility. I have actually paid 15k for a whole room including food. Now i want to confirm the rent of new PG orelse move in another pg where there is atleast dinner facility. But, when i call sales person or the billing team, they neither pick the calls nor answer to the whatsapp messages. It's been completely 4 days of such an ignorance. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.

                                Colive has sent an settlement email after vacating the property. Securiry deposit has not been refunded yet.
                                Colive has put 10k in colive wallet, which I will most certainly be not using it. They have mentioned to send email to deactivate wallet offer, I have done that. No response from colive.
                                I had mistakenly paid 10000rs extra as well the previous month, colive is not responding to those queries. Attached all proof.

                                  I haven't received my security refund even after 90 days. I vacated the Colive Garnet 504 property with my friend on 29th August 2021 and haven't yet received any refund. In their service request I always get that they are processing it and will be credited asap.
