I have been not refunded my security deposit of 10, 000. I stayed at the colive benton property, E.C phase II, bengaluru.
I was told back then by the community manager [name-protected] and the property manager [protected], plus my sales manager[protected] that it would be refunded within 15 days of next month. It's already going to be a month, and they have started being irresponsive over it.
I have all the proofs and recording, as in how I was guided and told that deposit would be refunded, and because of that only I had to let go of last month rent.
If required, I'll go more forward, and show how they turn up to what they said and promised, but want my deposit anyhow.

    I vacated the place(Colive benton) on 20th may, and did pay may month rent without even living there.
    I was told by the property manager and the community manager, that this month money you will have to let go off, but deposit would be refunded by 15th of next month. And now, they are asking me to pay rent and all that, and deducting it from my deposit which is totally unfair.
    I have all the proofs over the managers, how I was promised what, and how I am treated once they have the money authority, and have taken this action only when they have become so irresponsive, and if needed will take it forward to.
    I need my deposit back immediately.

        I had paid the booking amount last Sunday. I was contacted by an employee of colive called Rinku. He informed about a PG to be part of colive which actually isn't. He even said you can find the colive bedsheet in it. The owner of the pg is saying, it doesn't belong to colive. I haven't received any mail or anything after I paid a booking amount of 1500. He told me yesterday I will get my refund. Today morning also he said the same. He was saying the tech team is having meeting with the CEO and all such rubbing things for the reason I didn't get any mail from colive. Now he saying no refund is possible only amount transfer is possible, with such bad experience. I only want my money back. Many people told me colive is fraud. Your employee is proving that. Kindly help me and provide my refund

          The colive person Roopesh took Rs. 2000 advance as a booking fee and I didn't take the property. But he is not willing to refund the amount even if I didn't stay there. I need the refund immediately.

            On the 1st of June I got contacted with a colive seller name Nisha. Enquiring whether I'm looking for a room. I said yes & the lady offered lot many rooms but when I ask her to give me the room details.
            The lady refused & said that I have to pay Rs 1000 for the details to be given. I paid the Rs.1000 but told her not to booked any property unless I visit & confirmed it.
            On the same day 2nd of June after the payment later in the evening I asked her not to proceed for any booking as my KYC details wasn't accepting by COLIVE moreover I have no interest in the property shared by NISHA.
            So, I asked the NISHA to refund my money as the booking wasn't confirmed as per COLIVE Policy. I have the right to get my money refunded.
            I raised 3 tickets but none of them had been looked into nor any COLIVE customer service dare to help me. Till date I have made 89 calls but each time you introduce a refund they disconnect the call.
            I tried calling back the lady NISHA but call blocked once she attended the call refused to refund & after a 2 days later the COLIVE sent me an email saying my booking is been confirmed whereas I requested COLIVE not to booked any property & give me my money refunded.
            I request COLIVE to refund my money also not to cheat people those looking for house.
            I need my money back, I need my money refunded

              I am siddhika gupta and me along my 3 other friends ( Riya, Shreya, Priya ) have booked 2 rooms and paid 6000 for that . But when we contact colive person they said no room is allotted .. i have proof of payment as well with verified colive . Can you please help me with this, either provide us 2 rooms or refund . As a proof I am attaching my screenshot but I have 3 more images same like this of other 3 friends. I appreciate if you help me .

                Hi Team,

                I stayed at Colive Ruby from December 2021 to February 2022
                During the booking have deposited 13000 INR as security and while joining They confirmed that they give the refund of this amount by deducting the 25% separation charges for cleaning and maintenance then I said Ok for that
                and also they confirmed that they would charge 10rs/Unit electricity.

                In the first month, they said that electricity would be calculated for the whole building and divided by among the flats and maximum charged will be around 1200rs per room, I found unrealistic but I said ok to that in the mind not to fight.

                Later a month I put a notice due to many issues with Colive Ruby regarding water, electricity, etc.

                And Relived from Colive Ruby Property on the correct date of exit and informed the property Manager, Mr.Abdul, by Showing that there is no damage in my room and everything was checked by Housekeeping for clearance!

                Now recently I have received a Final Settlement by providing the following Break with a Zero Refund amount, they are Cleary making their customer mad.

                Electricity Charges: 2930INR
                Separation Charges: 2750 INR
                Repair and Maintenance Charges:2200 INR
                Deposit Retained under DYD offer: 5120 INR
                Total deposit amount: 13000INR

                Its is very Cleary visible that Colive Ruby is trying to steal money legally.

                Having said, only the following amount can be deduct officially and they need to return my money as mentioned below

                Can be deducted from my Advance:

                1. Electricity charges: 1500 INR ( As they committed in first-month maximum only u can get 1200 INR, Now I’m ready to accept 1500INR as final )
                Also, note in between they given a substantiation that they are deducting electrify bill for two months that not true as I’m paying electricity bill every month I have bill proof
                2. Separation Charges: 2750 INR ( As I agreed upon joining for cleaning and maintenance )

                They should not deduct as mentioned

                1. Repair and Maintenance Charges:2200 INR ( This amount they should not as I have clearly shown my room before exit and they said no damages, Note: maintenance charges I have already paid in separation charges more than that how can we pay ?)
                2. Unrealistic Electricity bill: 1430
                3. Deposit Retained under DYD offer: 5120 INR ( I have not given any confirmation to retain this amount, how can they retain it without my concern ?)

                Team, This COLIVE RUBY Guys are cheating their customers like hell, this not only happened to me also for everyone who staying at the Property

                Request you to kindly help me to get this amount of 8750 INR back to my account, please

                  Have had so many issues with Colive, All they want is your money, at 1st they raised the rent after 2 months without even notifying me imaging a 2000 raise in rent within 2 months, in the name of electricity they are charging double of the price, then when I left the place they deducted 8000 in the name of separation charges, and held back 10000 rs without checking with stating if I come back to colive I can use that amount. ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PART OF MY DEPOSIT. These are all malpractices they are deploying to just take money from people. Over an above this there is no customer service, you cannot talk to anyone, in the name of chat its a bot.

                    Dear Team,

                    Please find the attached email that I have raised notice to vacate the room on 4th Jan 22 as discussed earlier by sales person. Please note before raising vacate notice I have tried reaching Abhishek multiple times due to concern about poor room hygiene and maintenance, however no one was ready to take up accountability be it Manager or Sales personnel. Everyone blamed each other than helping me. My questions and concerns were left unanswered.

                    I had no other choice than vacating the room by serving notice. Property manager and assistant are well aware that I have been vacated by the property by 5th Feb 2022. Also, I informed many retention executives about the same that I had faced multiple issues so I have been vacating the property.

                    Colive team is not refunded my deposit despite they are claiming me to pay 6000 INR for as some penalty. Kindly help me in resolving this concern and share the strong feedback to colive team that they are poor service provider.

                    Do let me in case of any requirement from my end. I'll be absolutely comfortable assisting in any details.

                        The company had taken 15k as deposit when i rented the apartment. When i raised the exit request in may ( after paying the rent) the company is now asking me to pay another 1250 on top of the amount. The entire 15k is being charged as notice period. This is not ethical and should not be allowed.

                          This is the worst management we have never seen in life.Worst staff as well, no proper communication to CUSTOMERs. The buildings are least hygine, worst cleaning facility, no proper food in pgs. They bribe money, they are behind money they only ask money to pay first and later no response from them. Seriously this organisation has to be BANNED from all over the state.
                          Terrific experience. Please BAN THIS COLIVE.
                          They took simply my money and saying its due. What the ### it has to be banned.

                              I checked in to the property on 22nd November 2021 (Booking Number: 143078). I deposited money 16500 rupees as refundable security money (After deducting 1 week of rent as maintenance cost[protected]/4=3625) = 12875 rupees should be refunded).
                              It was promised to refund this security money within 30days of checkout from the property. I checked out on 31st December 2021. Its already more than 3 months passed, and i have not received my money back.
                              I am continuously rasing tickets to their app, calling to them, emailing them, but not getting proper response from them.

                              Desirable Resolution: I want to get my refundable security money as soon as possible.

                                Hi. I was contacted over whatsapp by Denish (Mobile# [protected]) from your team and he had shown the video of 206/207 room in Orchard Suites in Bangalore on 20-Mar-22. I visited the place on same day and the property manager showed me room no. 203 . I confirmed to Denish that i am ok with any of 203/206/207 rooms however since they were very dirty, i was asked to wait for 2-3 hours for the cleaning to be done and meanwhile pay the initial amount of INR 2000. I paid the amount and soon i was told that instead i will be given room 306 which was not at all similar to the ones i was shown and to which i agreed. I immediately asked for cancellation without even getting into the room. Although Colive representatives cancelled my booking but haven't refunded my INR 2000. Since the room was event booked as it was not the one that i had finalized and i had cancelled the booking within an hour, i want my refund ASAP.

                                  They promised of no lock in period and refund of full security deposit on vacating room. I stayed for 25 days and vacated room paying full months rent. They said security deposit will be refunded after 15days. I waited and at last they charged it as notice period amount, and above that included seperation charges, repairs where I never used any services and charged me extra 6000. So they now gave me a bill of 24, 000. For a stay of 25 days in a match box size room I was charged 38, 000 totally. They don’t even provide service to resolve this … no response at all.

                                    I left my colive on 28 Jan 2022 and on 15 Feb 2022 they send me the settlement statement stating 8740rs as refundable, But today its 22 March 2022 I still didn't got any refund credited in the provided bank account.

                                      Update, I waited for a month for the deposit amount to be credited in my bank just like they said, but it is still not showing up in my bank. This morning, I contacted them again, and they said that they will process it in a few days. The entire company is corrupt and is filled with cheats and liars. I hope someone shuts it down.

                                        They jus dont return the caution deposit refund they are supposed to and even when a lot a people did complain in the reviews this didnt change . it has been a year since i moved out of that property and i am yet to get my refund . They jus ignore or cut calls if you talk bout the caution deposit or give excuses saying you ll get it in a week where as you simply wont. i ve been contacting them for a whole year continuously and still they are yet to refund me. Completed all the requirements such as raising a ticket for the issue but they ll never do what they are supposed to. the property i stayed in a year ago has been moved and closed. tickets that i raised after the first one were resolved saying multiple tickets would create confusion .
