I have deposited 12k as deposit amount which was 2k as token amount and 10k as deposit amount, which they state is 10k only and deducted. No deposit amount received yet . Also, for a mere lightbulb and a celling fan the electricity bill is 1000rs. They deducted this twice with no proper documentation to justify.
Lastly it has been almost a month amd the customer service never replies.

Complaint marked as Resolved The company hasn't provide any justification for the deduction and only copy pasted the same replies.
Also, i requested them for a call back but they never did.
Colive customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
