Colive — colive demanding extra money big amount 45k-causing mental stress

My name is Mutte Anil Kumar.

I joined Colive Minneapolis Bellandur on 17th November 2023, and left on 29th February 2024.

I took a single shared room (Room no 502), and during my tenure, I paid a security deposit of 22, 000.

I tried to raise a notice period request on February 1st and was shocked to find out that there are extra dues of 6, 734. Then I immediately contacted the finance customer service team (please find WhatsApp chat screenshots). Customer care didn't provide me with the proper breakup of dues, and I couldn't raise the notice period because of these dues. On February 3rd, I asked them to raise the notice period, to which they replied, "We will do it." To which I replied, "Okay, February 29th should be my last date... Thanks a lot." I also raised a service ticket on February 1st: SR356064.

I gave the key to the property manager, Sachin, on February 29th and vacated the room. After that, I followed up with multiple emails but didn't receive any help.

To this day, I haven't received my security deposit of 22, 000.
Now, they are threatening me with legal notice emails and asking me to pay 45, 076 (breakup is attached in the messages).

Please help me resolve this issue; it's causing me mental stress.
