Colive — Colive is sending me fake Legal Notice

Hi Sir,

I have checked in the colive PG with my partner on 28th June 2023. And checked out on 30th June 2023.

Total payment I had done is Rs 11200, where as Rs 8000 as security deposit, Rs 2400 as onboarding fees and Rs 800 for two days room rent.

We vacated the PG because the PG manager was rude and he didn't provide us the room for which we agreed. So on the day of vacation we informed to the sell's manager 'Nupur' that for this reason we are vacating the room.

But after vacating the room I start receiving the mail for payment. They are sending continuously legal notice to me after giving proper repy too. They are asking me to pay Rs50000(advocate fee)+Rs 8880(due amount). Which is totally wrong. Before check out I have paid all the money for which I was liable.

They are asking me to pay the rent of the month Juny which I didn't even stay there.

They are attaching fake Room rentOS +Electricity charge+Seperation charge.
