Hi All,
I have moved on 3rd March from Hyderabad to Bangalore
Before travelling on 28th I spoke to Colive and they have provided me the details of PG colive 187 Glory shared all the details and asked me to pay 2000 rs as part of registration.
I have informed I need a PG from 3rd of march it was agreed and I made a payment of 2000 as part of registration
I also got the Pro rata rent details from 3rd March to 31st march as 13096 rs Rent and deposit as 14000.
Trusting my PG is booked I reached Colive Glory from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 3rd
I tried calling the customer support 4 times and every one responded today is colive Weekoff day and no one can help
Property owner denied to give PG as colive did not book it
It took me 6 Hours to search other PG with luggage in my hand and in unknown city
I have requested Colive to refund the amount which I paid as service was not provided when I needed
Colive Service ticket is closed as We will not refund if needed I can choose their service I have already got into other PG and made the payment their
Looking for some kind of support to get my money refunded as these are fraud and many are impacting with this

      I am a tenant at Lets Colive, and despite paying high monthly rent and additional charges under various heads, the company has failed to provide basic amenities like electricity, water, and lift maintenance.

      Frequent power outages without backup.
      Water supply disruptions, making daily living difficult.
      Non-functional lifts, causing inconvenience and safety issues.
      Unjustified additional charges under the name of ‘other charges’ without proper explanation.
      Despite multiple complaints to their management, no action has been taken. Many tenants are facing similar issues, and this seems to be a pattern of mismanagement and false promises.

      I request immediate action to ensure that services are restored, and unfair charges are justified or refunded. Authorities must take strict action against Lets Colive for misrepresentation and consumer fraud.

        We have moved to this colive property on 27th Nov 2024. Today is Jan 22nd 2025. On Sunday we have received a mail and message saying the rent has increased by 3000. We have a lock in period of 6 months and the agreement clearly says that the rent can be revised only post Lock in period. We have raised a ticket but there is no proper response or solution. We need to know an answer so that we can stay or move out. The colive have asked to to pay the revised amount starting for first of February 2025. Could you please help to resolve this issue

            I stayed at Colive - Madison 501, Sri Ram Nagar, Hyderabad and vacated in the month of June 2024. I received a mail on 16th July regarding the final settlement of ₹8, 918 after deducting separation charges and power bill from the initial deposit of ₹16, 000. However, despite raising continuous service requests and contacting customer care, I have not yet received my payment. During my conversations with customer care, they put my call on hold, make me wait for 10 minutes, and sometimes even disconnect my call. I am now determined to take some action against Colive for their failure to pay the deposit amount.

              It's been 5 months since I have left the property but still haven't received any deposit yet. I recieved a cheque last month but it bounced as well. No one is responding to calls or mails, even the CEO. I am getting different replies from different people. As per the policy, I should get my deposit back within 15 days but clearly this isn't the case here.

                  Vacated Colive on June 30th, 2024, As per the policy given by them its mentioned that deposit will be processed after 15th and online, neither happened with me, Deposit was transferred to wallet without my consent, and I have to convert that to get the money, and it was sent via cheque which was bounced, Have been following up with them continuously and they say within 24 hours it will be resolved, it's been 5 days since my cheque bounce.

                    I have been staying at the Colive property. Colive Glory 187 at Bellandur. I stayed there from March 27th to April 30th. I gave them a deposit of 13k INR which I. was supposed to get once I vacate the property but after a few day they said I will get only 5085 INR and they unnecessarily deducted separation charges and damage charges but no property has been damaged and this 5085 amount I am not being able to get since last 2 months and they are not responding to my calls. I have been raising the issue on their app and sending the service requests but they are giving me false commitments since day 1 I am attaching the photos regarding the same.
                    Their customer care no [protected] they dont respond to my calls and their sales person no is [protected] he has blocked my no and not responding to my calls. Colive has done this with almost everbody and cheated with them

                      I joined colive ruby (Gowlidoddi) last year. Firstly, they provided the room in which ac wasn’t working, then there were bed bugs in the room. After alot of insisting, they finally changed my room after 3 days. The next room was very old. The handles were broken, etc. So I decided to move somewhere else. Like the terms of agreement, I raised the notice period one month prior and then left. When asked about security deposit refund, property manager told that I’d get the refund in 14 days. I paid 20k of security deposit, they provided me cheque of 5k and that too bounced. Its been more than 6/7 months now, I have still not got my 20k refund back.

                          Complain is about Colive appartment they haven't provide any facility in their apartment. Which they provide confirmation in the mail

                          Flush is not working, water doesn't comes properly
                          Seepage issue is there, shower doesn't work

                          I have recorded all video and images

                          You can see the video of the room what we faced.

                          Rupa there sales person also promised us to do everything before we check in.

                          After creating Multiple complaints and service request nothing resolved and ticked closed automatically.

                          Why there are deducting money for 3 month's lock in and separation charge which is there in policy but Just because of that there facilty we raised Notice period and booked other place.

                          I don't want to give any extra money for them already I am leaving flat on 9th june and paying for whole month rent which they already took. But why should I pay for lockin and separation charge of they have provide anything on me. I used to call them everyday but nothing solved

                            Hi sir, actually I didn't receive my security deposit refund yet, I've checked out on 29th Feb and on March 19th I've redeemed my security deposit amount, for that they said within 30 days I'll receive my refund through cheque, but today is 26th April, till date I didn't receive my refund, they said that they transferred through bulk NEFT transaction on April 4th, I've checked with my bank and shared my bank statement of April month to the help.colive mail id on 23rd April as per their request, it's been 3days I didn't receive any further response from the colive team, I raised the service request also they didn't even tried to reach out to me. So please give the information of my security deposit refund and try to send my refund as soon as possible.

                                I checked out from my PG in Jan. And my Property manager told me that if I don't serve the notice my security deposit will be forfeited As is the case with Every pg. But from the past 1 week they are trying to build Mumbai. By sending me extortion emails to pay 10896 Extra as a random separation charges or else they will file a Nauseath against me with which I have to pay 50000 extra fine, And my credit score will also get impacted.

                                The checkout was done without any notice & clearing the applicable outstanding charges, the legal notice has been initiated. As per the agreement signed, the outstanding & applicable amount must be cleared before checkout. Also, if the outstanding amount is higher than the security deposit, company has the right to recover the pending amount from the user, if the outstanding amount is not paid then the legal notice shall be issued against the same. We request you to please refer the signed agreement & the Colive handbook for the same.

                                  I have raised the transfer request to the property on November 2023. Which was not approved till date and due to which the option to raise notice was erased. I have written many mails to colive and their representatives. But there was no response
                                  Finally I got a official message to vacate the property on February 3rd. I have duly done so with no damage to property. I have received official mail on vacating also
                                  Further, on February 15, I have received a mail that I owe 13k above the 15k deposit I have paid as I have vacated without notice and I have damaged the property for almost 8k
                                  From February 17, I have received many threatening mails from Colive stating that I have to pay else they will block my PAN and Aadhar
                                  On February 20, I received a threatening call from the representative that if I do not pay in 30 mins, I will be taken to court for legal matters

                                    After repeated calls/texts to colive managers, my formal request (post raising a service request and following the required procedures) for the refund of my security deposit has been ignored time and again by not one but multiple colive managers.

                                    The security deposit along with the reservation amount to be refunded is equivalent to 13, 021 INR.

                                    Sales Manager was of no help, has chosen to not respond to almost 20+ calls and texts.

                                    All in all, very poor management and harassment of customers, especially if customers are students such as me, since funds are crucial.

                                      I got scammed for 32667 rupees without even checking into the place. I paid registration fee of 1000 rupees for the booking and later sales person Mohit told me to pay 31667 to confirm the booking.

                                      My plans got changed and wanted to cancel my booking next day but Mohit told me it's not possible. I talked to the billing department and they me to contact Mohit regarding this issue. They said billing department only deals with people who checked-in to the property. I tried calling Mohit multiple times, no response. I tried various departments in Colive customer care but met with unacceptable and rude behavior. Meanwhile someone from Colive checked me in without my consent and now planning to loot the money.

                                      I did not check-in myself, I did not do the KYC verification and I did not submitted any verification documents.

                                      They checked-in after I raised a request to cancel my booking and texted the sales person to cancel the booking. This is unacceptable.

                                      I called multiple times to report this and no one is responding properly.

                                        I wanted to move to Bangalore and found out Colive app I searched for some PG nearby my office, Colive executive called me and suggested some properties and asked me to pay 1500 rs for booking amount after I paid the money they stopped picking calls and I contacted the property owner to confirm he said there’s no such booking and I have already paid 1500 rs I need a refund of my money from this fraud company
