Colive — Demanding extra amount

It's been two months since I have moved out of their property-Colive Gachibowli Layout. I paid an advance of Rs.8000
We were charged a separation charge of rupees 2500
Im I did not stayed their property from 1st of January, 2024 onwards, I have paid your December 2023 rent in full. But they added January month rent 6500 and electricity charges 2500 .I had to leave your property that too I have spoken with Colive inthiaz property manager. He told we can leave the property without notice but we won’t get security amount, so, here we are not demanding for our security amount. Then how we will pay your settlement amount ? . Even you guys have sent me settlement amount payment. which was never mentioned by them.. But I will not leave this scammers to scam people anymore.

Colive Customer Care's response The checkout was done without any notice & clearing the outstanding amount. Also, the notice to vacate must be raised via App/website to be validated. Any notice conveyed verbally & notified to staff via mail/service ticket/whatsapp are not considered as valid & applicable penalties will be applicable. Also, the checkout was done on the month of Jan'24 for which the outstanding amount has been deducted in the final settlement. The deduction in the final settlement are as per the company policy & will be applicable.
