Colive — Demanding money even after leaving

My name is Kubra. I was staying in Colive 306 Golden Square. I was not living in colive for past one months before I had vacated due to the lockdown in chennai due to emergency. I was staying temporarily in some other place. I wanted to go back to colive but one of my room mate had COVID. They did not provide me any other place to stay when went to the PG. I has to leave from their and stay at some place which costed me hefty price. My luggage was only in there I asked Ramesh to sanitize the place so that I can move my things from that place. He told me he will see on it. Days passed by no update he asked me to leave the PG. I agreed with it. But they still did not agree to sanitize the place . I was in shock and there was full lockdown in the city. I later went and moved out my things and informed that I had vacated from colive to Ramesh. But they have charged me rent for the June and July with separation charges, electricity bill and taxes. When no one was staying in that flat. This company is fraud. I even left my deposit money with them. After two months of vacating the room they are calling me and send me bill of Rs. 21, 000 after deducting my deposit money. If I don't they will Take legal action against me. Please help me in this situation from this fraud company. I'm being scammed by them . They also allow boys to come in to the flat I stayed when it's not allowed. I'm so pissed with this not sure of my safety I left from Colive. Help me from this fraud company.
