My complaint centers around two key issues: an unjustified rent increase and an unreasonable notice period demand. Without any prior notice or explanation, Colive abruptly increased my rent from 15k to 21k. This sudden and substantial increase significantly impacted my financial stability and left me with no choice but to seek alternative accommodation.
Furthermore, upon discussing the matter with Ms. Sahin, the Palmer Manager at Colive, I was informed that I could vacate the premises without any notice period requirement, as I had not submitted a deposit. Relying on this information, I promptly vacated the property on 2nd Jan 24, returning the keys as instructed.
However, despite this agreement, Colive is now demanding money for a notice period that was explicitly waived by their representative. I have evidence in the form of WhatsApp screenshots documenting our conversation, as well as a record of the call with Ms. Sahin, confirming this agreement.
This situation has caused undue stress and financial burden, and I am deeply disappointed by Colive's lack of transparency and fairness in their dealings with tenants. I believe it is essential to hold companies accountable for their actions and to advocate for the rights of tenants.
IF COLIVE CONTINUES TO TROUBLE ME WITH UNJUST DEMANDS OR ATTEMPTS TO PURSUE THE NOTICE PERIOD PAYMENT, I WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY.
