I have joined colive in feb 2021. Initally the people were so good. The sales people helped me a lot in getting throught the procedure. Food and facilities were food for the rent which i paied. But suddenly additional charges were applied and each month extra 500 will be added to the rent bill. But that was fine. And i vacated the property on 31st of may 2021. I had also completed my notice period as it was mandatory. I didn't get any mail or notification regarding the security deposit. The only mail i received was to rate the company. Then i tried calling sails guy who hepled me at first but he blocked me and when i tried from other number he switched off his phone. There is no active customer service. And also they will only reply in the review box asking us to wait and they are looking into our complaint. But now its been 3 months and i didn't et any updates or a proper reply. I eould like ro move legally against them. They are cheating and many people are falling for them . This is a serious concern.
