I was a tenant in colive columbus 1180 .
Joined there on Dec 8th 2023. I have paid 7k as rent and 9290 Rs as rent for the remaining days of december month.
Due to the service issue and also some fake promise done by sales person, I have decided to vacate the building on February . So, I have raised this notice on Dec 8th on vacating the building .
Sales person informed me that notice period is 1 month, So i decided to stay there till jan 8th. On january i have paid the rent for the entire month .
Vacated the building on 18th of january.
Recently i got a mail stating "legal notice" where it is mentioned as I am liable to give more dues to COLIVE . Wherein i am eligible to get back my deposit amount along with 13 days rent for the remaining days of that month.

Colive Customer Care's response The deduction mentioned in the final settlement is charged as per the company policy. The notice period to vacate must be raised on/before 1st of the calendar month & notice raised after that will not be considered as Valid (handbook Clause 4.1 & agreement clause 3.3). The checkout was done without any notice & was raised from backend to show the checkout for which the charges has been deducted. Colive Customer Care's response The separation charges are the mandatory deduction that will get deducted from the security deposit after the checkout & is as per the company policy ( please refer handbook clause 4.3.6 & agreement clause 3.10). As there is no security deposit paid, there is no place to adjust this amount & needs to be paid.
