I have already raise the ticket as per prior mail conversation with the your end kindly have a look, i was scammed by your sales team guy named abhishek since he told me while booking that you will have a hike in monthly rent of around 1500 from January month.
Also i dont understand where is this all legal notice and everything is coming post 2 months from the day i vacated on. Very unjustified.
But on 1st jan when I received the due for this rent i was surprised that the got the rent for this month as 57k or something which had to be around 17-18 k
Then i had to take a call obviously i was cheated by you guys
The caretaker advised me to vacate the room on 1st itself otherwise i would have been facing such charges.
I immediately vacated the room on 1st jan 2024 itself.
I am not liable to pay any amount since i had to vacate without my will but cause i was cheated by your sales team.
Ive raise the ticket in same regards in colive app as well the same way your customer support executive asked me to 2 days back but it is not addressed yet where also i have attached my present rental agreement as proof that i vacated colive alpha on 1st jan itself and shifted to the new place the same day in evening.
This was my reply to the mail for my justification, these guys are just scamming new youngsters so far from there family out of no where.
