Colive — Refund of deposit issue

Hello,
I checked out at Colive 1132 Vienna on 30th August 2023
At the time of check in i paid deposit. But at the time of settlement it seems that I have not at all paid the deposit. And I have got the dues of Rs.3258.
Please solve this issue as soon as possible. Attached are the proofs for your reference.

Due to the system glitch, the security deposit was not reflecting in the system. However, the details on the refundable amount has been shared to the customer via Mail which he has initiated. The total refundable amount is Rs.7, 618/- which will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
