[Resolved] Colive — Rent fees post vacating the place

Hi, Colive had an agreement that if I am going to leave the house, I would need to serve the notice period of one month. Due to emergency, I had to go back to hometown due to covid 19. But they added one month rent, electricity charges when I was not even living and other taxes and brought the outstanding to 54, 000k. They have my deposit of 18, 000 as well which i informed them I do not need it. But they are asking to pay 36k which is huge and waste of money from common citizens when we dont even live and pay for it. Not sure why the rent, taxes etc. Please help. They are threatening for legal action.

I was called by their representative post this complaint and also via service request/whatsapp/email and negotiated the deal and settled for very less amount.

Colive customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
