I have used colive property isthara (Bangalore, bellandur one[WMF8+XRJ, GREENGLENLAYOUT, BELLANDUR,
BENGALURU, KARNATAKA560103]), I have taken accommodation on Jan 1st 2022 and I stayed only for 12 days and vacated on 12th January 2022
When I took I have made payment of 16000 and the amenities were mentioned as follows
breakfast lunch dinnerhigh speed internetmini fridgetv with Tata sky rechargegymindoor games (TT, fussball carrom)24 hrs Tea coffee complimentaryinduction microwave and toaster in a common areaautomatic washing machinePeps 8" inch mattressalternative days housekeeping
But I was not happy with the service, please find my opinion on each item inside []
breakfast lunch dinner [It was only vegetarian food and the quality of food is too bad]high-speed internet [internet used to disconnect and affected multiple times for office work]mini fridge [Not there]TV with Tata sky recharge [Tv is there but there is no tata sky recharge in it ]gym [not functional and there is no much equipments]indoor games (TT, fussball carrom) [fussball is broken and there is no TT]24 hrs Tea coffee complimentary [Not available, there is no Tea/coffee with breakfast as well]The washroom door was not having any lock which is in functionWardrobe doesn't have any lock
Can I get a refund for my amount since the service was disgusting and stayed only for 12 days Was this information helpful? |
