Colive — Security Deposit not Refunded and Mental Harassment by sending Irrelevant Legal Notice

I had stayed in below Colive property from 6th May 2022 to 31st June 2022 :
Property Name: Cleaveland_104
Property Address: #387, 106/22, 4th cross, Maruthi Layout, chinnapanahalli

As agreed with their Sales Manager(Keshav), I had made payments of Security Deposit : INR 13000 and monthly rental : INR 11000 excluding the electricity charges.

After vacating the property by following all the Checkout Notice Guidelines, they are sending me irrelevant Legal Notice to clear the due amount of INR: 4450.

All the details mentioned in the Settlement Statements are incorrect and not as per the mutually agreed terms based upon which they are mentally harassing me with Legal Notices.

Therefore, I request you to kindly take actions in this regards and help me get back my Security Deposit Amount.
