Colive — Security Deposit Settlement Scam

I was staying in Colive Boston Bangalore, I left the property on 30th September 2023 because they increased the rent suddenly without 1 month prior notice as per agreement. I have paid Rs 10, 000 security deposit. I have received a settlement amount from Colive on 16 Oct 2023, where they have charged Rs 3, 622 as a separation charge which is not applicable as they increased the rent without prior notice as per the agreement, and charged Rs 6, 418 as a one-month electricity bill. how is it possible? Even the calculation is wrong. This doesn't make sense at all. I want a resolution ASAP.
