Colive — Sending fraud emails and fake notices trying to extort money

Was staying in a Colive property in Bangalore, Kodihalli. It was pathetic service from colive and the property, the property owners kept on harassing us because we came there through colive. Finally decided to leave and raised notice period in colive app on 30 March and Vacated property on 29 April which is 1 month notice period as mentioned by colive. I have paid 3000 as deposit on which i was told 7 days rent amount will be taken as a maintenance charge and rest amount will be refunded to my bank account but haven't received single penny, instead these fraudsters are sending emails threatening legal action trying to extort money. I tried to contact the colive sales persons through whom we joined colive but he says we cant help, one of them says he left colive. Had raised service request through the app, initially they asked me to wait for 1 month or some 28 days after vacating to get my money, then they just started ignoring my requests. I have proof of them accepting the our request for raising notice period on March 31.

This is not enough for the mental stress and harassment you have given me from May till date. Also clear the pending refund amount you have to PAY ME i.e The deposit amount 3k INR I paid minus the maintenance charge. Every single month you were sending email and SMS threats to me even though there you had to pay me, harassing me with legal notice twice.

This is to inform you that your booking was done on our select property and the deposit paid for select properties is directly paid to the owner of the pg. The refunds of the these properties has to be claimed from the pg owner directly. Hence, we request you to please connect with the PG owner regarding the refund as this was already paid to the owner. All the legal notices has been withdrawn from our after the confirmation on your check out date. We hope this clarifies your query

No I paid all the money in the colive app and was told the refund was to be collected from Colive themselves. The colive sales guy, support, property owner everyone of them told me Refund will be given by Colive. And I know someone else in same situation who got their refund from Colive itself. So now you cant come and tell me I have collect refund my property owner. You have taken my bank account details initially for the purpose of refund itself so send my refund there. And also whats your compensation for the mental harassment you did to me through your emails and 'legal notice' from past 8 months? Am I to just forget that now?? Not going to happen

Hi,

This is to inform you that the amount is already been processed to the property owner and the same has to be collected from the property owner directly. The refund are processed from Colive end only if in case the payment for the particular individual is not processed to the owner directly. As in your case, the payment is already been done to the property owner. Hence, we regret to inform you that the refund is not possible from Colive end and request you to connect with the property owner.

You had refunded my room mate at colive directly when he raised complaint on twitter, consumer court. But now you are talking about some random rules which didnt exist before. It was clearly mentioned by colive sales guy, support guy, and the property owner that colive will refund. I had asked the property guy he said colive didnt even give the maintenance charge to him. You dont try to dodge this, just refund my money. And in your colive app you had already taken our bank account details and the reason for that was clearly mentioned as ' REFUNDS' of deposit amount etc will be sent to this bank account.

When are you going to refund my money? You had refunded my room mate at colive directly when he raised complaint on twitter that too very recently. Why are not refunding me? The property owner says colive has to refund, the colive sales guy and support people said colive will refund. Also the older version of the colive app when we used had a section of adding bank details for the refund. Why are you not refunding the 3000 - maintenance amount which is rightfully mine. Even though you have harrassed me throughout the span of 8 months, I'm just asking whats mine
