Colive — Sending me legal notice on a fake booking

I checked in to Colive PG on 29thNov2023 night. I had paid 2000 INR as reservation and 1600 INR as boarding charges. On 30thNov, 2023 morning my grandfather passed away hence I informed the maintainance person and vacated the premises as I may not come back. I didnt ask for a refund. They agreed and cancelled my booking. Now colive has created a new booking that I checked in 30Nov2023 and checked out on 4thDec2023. They have sent me a legal notice to pay 18, 000INR as notice period and other charges for new booking. They are threatening me that I will be marked as a defaulter in my aadhar card and pan card. Requesting you to kindly intervene in this matter. I have attached Screenshot of bookings as reference.
