[Resolved] Quikr — Item purchased but delivery not yet | |||||
Hello sir, on 03 may 2016 i purchased used whirlpool refrigerator through quikr online; payment also made on same day; but till now i didn't get the fridge; almost 10-12 times i contacted quikr customer care; sometimes they told item is not pickup., some times they told call to logistics department; some times they told today possible like wise they telling; no body responsable; when ever i mail to quick customer care; they send same type of messages; i.e., our representative call to you to speedy take necessary action., but still nobody call me what exact status of delivery., i am so frustation whether they are deliver the item or not., pls take action this type of fraudulent organaisation., they are doing waste of my time., pls respond sir Was this information helpful? | |||||
