I applied for contest that was held by 100bestbuy for Samsung galaxy note and for that they demanded is Rs.399 on the condition that it would be100 % refundable if could not win the contest. For your ready reference I furnished here under a mail that I received from their side that attracted me to take participation in their contest.

Along time has been lapsed I could not received any response in any form from their (100bestbuy) side whether I won the contest or not. Even I try to approach them at given number but I failed to get any response from their side.
At last I received mail from 100best as following but as they mentioned still I am not able use my credit.

As per telephonic conversation, the amount you paid for the contest has been added as credit points in your 100bestbuy.com account you can use those
credit points for further purchase.
You can buy some other products through using your credit points that you invested for contests in our website i.e., 100bestbuy.com.
Go to our site www.100bestbuy.com.

Log in your user id and password.
Then choose or select which products you want.
Click on add to cart then Would you like to use your credits towards this purchase? option will be opened.
You have to just click on the check box.

On 6 Nov. 2011 I ordered gents watch from www.100bestbuy.com
The Watch is listed at http://www.100bestbuy.com/cart.php?id=187101
I paid for it online and i received order number. When I cheked for my order status it shows that it is invalid order number.
Then After no of time I mailed them in reply they just sends system generated mail which says that one of our representative will get back with you within 24-48 hours.
I have waited for 3 days then after again i send them a mail for the same and they didn't replied.

So would like to suggest you that such fraud's website must be banned and there must be some law and fine to stop such crime so that customer didn't loose there hard money.

I ordered MP3 player, Kuber kunji and leather belt from 100 bestbuy.com. I got a call from 100bestbuy.com, they told to me to pay online to get the product. Then i paid online and i got my order number and again they called me and told that i will get my products within 5-6 days.
After 8 days i got my product. I liked Kuber kunji and leather belt but not MP3 player because it didn't work properly. Again i called to 100bestbuy customer care and they told me to return the product to our address and after receiving the product they will send another MP3 player. After 10 days i got one good MP3 Player with gift and no need to pay any extra charges. This time MP3 player is good and it works properly

i paid for contest too but i never saw my name in contest and they say you will get credit points i like to ask them if we don't see our amount in 100bestbuy account how you put our name in that please get all people to know that 100bestbuy is a fraud company..if anyone wants to get poof of it i have u can feel free and call [protected].

I ordered 15-Jan-2014. Next month i called customer care. They said "send an mail they will reply"

I sent an mail around 15 mails on every month regarding about refund status

Successfully points credited to my 100bestbuy.com account. It's (-999)( negative.

Again i mailed to customer service. After that i received only. "acknownlegement" mail.

Herewith i attached screen shot. please refer the screenshot.
