Sony 2GB memory stick — Fraud

I purchased a SONY Pro Duo Memory 2GB memory stick from Indiatimes shopping through order no.[protected] and when the order gets delivered to my place what I find is a SANDISC 2GB memory stick with vendor bill of SONY 2GB memory stick. When contacted customer care the representative replied cooly and had no idea to what to do next and registered a complain and gave me a weird complain number and said will get back to you. Even after 5 days of registering the complain no body has even contacted me.Even after several emails no body has responded yet. Kindly help me get my ordered product or my money back and help expose such fraud shopping ecommerce websites and vendors.

I did on line shopping of MP3 player-2gb on[protected], till now it is not possible to track the parcel, when i called TNT for asking status they are telling that consignment number is wrong ie[protected]

100bestbuy.com, MP3 Player — MP3 Player

I placed online order for MP3 Player from 100bestbuy.com, online eCommerce website advertising products and claiming that these rate are promotional and the products are original from the companies.
I received call from the company for the product ordered that i will be getting the original MP3 Player cable and ear phone. After that i received the confirmation call from the company that my ordered product has been dispatched to my address within 5-6 days and i need to pay Rs. 699 on cash on delivery.
On 28th November 2011 i received courier and after paying him cash of Rs. 699/- i opened packet in front of him and found only USB Cable in the packet but not the MP3 Player and ear Phone. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy. I called them few times but no one response me and it showed that they are busy then suddenly one of their executive received the call and i told him about my problem and he told me to replace the product to our address. Then i did the same and within 8 days i got it . This time i got all the product. Its not a good experience for me but main thing is i got my product.

Same happened with me, i have participated in a mobile contest and paid Rs. 444, after sometime 100bestbuy called me that i have won MP3 Player whose cost is Around Rs. 5500 and i will get same in Rs. 921, i said yes, then they delivered useless Singh MP3 Player.whose worth hardly around Rs. 250

Please suggest some way around to not happen again with other people, otherwise 100bestbuy will make fool of others also.

I got out of it safe. I too participated in the contest but due to some technical failure, I couldn't had my transaction done.
Today these people calls me too and asks me if m willing to purchase the same universal player for Rs 920 defining it as the vat of the product..

100bestbuy.com called me and they told the same thing above mentioned.The number from which they are calling is [protected].They told me to deliver the same player and wrist watch with the pack through the courier.

to all the consumers/ participant of 100bestbuy, this company cheater and they cheat to their customers, they conduct a contest for charming electronic goods and if you contested for the same then they will call you up and informed you that you won 2nd prize or etc (what ever) and they promise you to provide you a good mp3 player(sony / universal) with wrist watches/ memory card etc and ask to you pay rs 1000 for delivery cost, but when you received that parcel you will be in shock as instead of sony / universal mp3 player which they claimed as not less rs 2ooo-5000 you will have 100 % SINGH UNIVERSAL MP3 PLAYER just cost rs 200 and all assets cost just RS 500-700.i have been cheated by this company for participating samsung galaxy tab for rs 399/. please dear customer don't blindly belief on the advertisement of this company

the same case of cheat has happened with me also. I was very shocked to see that the company is such a big cheater. What they promise is totally the reverse of what they deliver. The Mp3 player is too cheap and non branded. The wrist watch too is easily available at a nominal price. If the 100bestbuy.com officials do not contact me as early as possible, i will approach the consumer court.

I participated a contest conducted by 100bestbuy.com for apple i phone 5 and i . After some day they informed me that i was selected special gift is gained which is an brandad dvd player with usb port of Rs. 2000/- worth, and one lotto watch of Rs.5000/- and i have to pay only Rs. 1020/- for coriur. Today i received the product singh company mp3 player which is very cheap quality . As per the telephonic conversation, they informed me that brandad dvd player worth 2000/- was to be given to me with lotto watch wroth rs.5000/-. But 100bestbuy.com cheated me in this regard. I had not received the dvd player. They send me a simple "Singh Universal" mp3 player which may costs about 500/- or below.and watch worth rs.2000/-. This is injustice. So kindly give reply in this regard to [protected]@gmail.com mail id. Otherwise i will approach to Consumer court. I am a Police Officer son. So please take necessary action in this regard. I already kept all the recorded evidence of your representative who talked with me.

I also have participated in contest of 100bestbuy.com for apple i phone and I got a call from 100bestbuy that they confirm me to win a dvd player and also one lotto watch which all cast around Rs.7000/- and I want to pay only shipping cast of Rs.405/- but when delivery boy come to my office and told me to pay Rs.1020/-. I'm so confused but take that courier and pay the hole amount(Rs.1020/-). When I open that parcel found 1 lotto watch and 1 I pod without charger and look like a very cheap product(around Rs.200 to Rs.250). I got cheated by 100bestbuy.com because that all products(MP3 player and lotto watch)is useless for me.

I need your help to get my money back, I don't want any contest so take a necessary action on this fraudulent web site and aware peoples to don't purchase there product or participated in contest.

Today i received the product which is very cheap quality MP3 player and micro SD card is mising in that and loto watch. As per the telephonic conversation, they informed me that Universal Branded mp3 player worth 5999/- was to be given to me. But 100bestbuy.com cheated me in this regard. I had not received the 2GB micro SD card instead of that Only i recived the empty cover of transcend micro SD card. They send me a simple "Singh Universal" mp3 player which may costs of 200/- or 250/- in market and that player is not working. This is injustice.
