I was the employee of BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE CO as tasm balic le3 bhind mp my emp code was 02685,
duratiopn was 4th jan 10 to 22 sept 10.
after sending many mail time to time but head off didn't take any action.
why co is not giving me my remaining amount of salary as described in entire mail.
why co is not taking action against le3 bhind i have solid proof of it.

Good morning,

Sir in this mail I am talking about entire bajaj Allianz life insurance company.

First of all my personal problem plz focus these points

1. In the guidance of DM mr guru mukharjee sir and BM mr ln sharma sir company terminated me without giving any absconding letter issued from DM sir.

2. No letter letter were issued from division off by the hand of DM sir.

3. Three review letter were issued only from branch manager off, that is not major reason to block my hr4u and mail id and issuing termination letter.

4. I recieved F&Final sttel. sheet.

i'm very socked when i read it.

Rajiv Bhadoriya sir told me on phone that dravan, u'll receive salary till the termination letter is released from head off.when my hr4u is blocked from hr department on around 14-15 august 10 company gave me salary till I marked my attandence in hr4u . my termination of service from company has been done on 22nd sept 10.i would like to ask you who is responsible for remaining days salary.

After it I mailed on 19 aug 10 about it to entire bajaj allianz family , after it mr rajiv sir enquire this issue and he came to bhind on 21 aug 10 bhind off LE3 to solve this problem, he gave me a letter from Hr department (for the same concern, I enclosed with this mail ). In which he wrote to give reply in writing instantly. I wrote reply of four pages at the same time he told me company can terminate you and I assure you ,you’ll get salary till termination date.

I also complaint him in this period when my hr4u Is blocked MY BM sir is not giving me attendance register to sign that can represent my presence in off. Rajiv sir told me when investigation become complete he will give it to you.for the alternate solution I wrote complaint in customer complaint register many times.you can get scan copy from LE3 off. I went to LE3 off on daily basis.and when bm sir hr department assure me for wait, then I were started waiting for action.



SIR THIS IS MY RIGHT TO GIVE ME SALARY TILL 22 SEPT....AND AS PER COMPANY NORMS I'M MISGUIDED BY COMPANY SINCE 14-15 AUGUST 2010. I didn’t say anytime to HR department to block my hr4u and I’m sending complaint mail from starting. You can see the same in this entire mail.

One more thing when company is terminating me in this case company have to give me 2-3 months basic salary extra.



“sir agar muge 22 sept ko terminate hona tha to meri hr4u 14-15 aug 10 ko kyo band kar di gayi ho sakta he me us period me good result de sakta tha 14-15 ko company ke hand se hr4u block ki gayi thi jiski mene timly complaint ki costumer c-mplaint book me mene apni presence show ki he.mughe co time to time misguide karne ka kam kar rahi he mene bm sir dm sir se kaphi bar bat ki par system me co-operate karne ka kam hi nahi he ”



PLEASE FOCUS ON THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY.



In attach document I wrote letter to mr rajiv bhadoriya sir on third page point no 7 that is fake marks sheet issue{READ CAREFULLY} . sir what is happening in bhind branch my respected branch manager sir is archiving target by making fake marks sheet. Please see

policy BM sir attested that fake marks sheet
proposal form was changed
my Clint’s original sign was fake
my sign were also fake
policy plan was changed instead of shield plus he took retirement advantage rp .
he made 5th pass lady to 8th pass lady In this matter why company is not taking strong action. My Clint can complaint to police about it or do a court case but because of me branch manager sir and balic company is still safe……..
I also complaint to DM MR GURU MUKHARJEE sir when he came to bhind he simply reply me “DRAVAN FREELOOK KARWA LENA” on that day I realized everyone know WHAT IS HAPPENING IN BHIND OFF.but nobody is taking action………









REQUEST



Please manage my remaining amount as per my mail i[censored] can.
Please manage detail of my f&f satt.
Take strong action against FAKE marks sheet issue, it can contaminate entire balic family, it can down the image repo etc of entire balic family…...
Everyone in balic family talk about sincereness, rules , system, management , company repo but you know behind all this some person u can say chain is breaking rules and regulations and hitting company in blind area where everyone know what is the future of this ……
Please manage my 16A form on my this email id.
Please manage the exact reason why my hr4u was blocked without any writing information.




Sir at the last I would like to say day by day bhind branch graph becoming decreasing and abusing undiciplineness lak of proper uniform is happening but after doing many complaints no solution. Sir you are honourable country manager only you can take such action..i’m waiting for your reply in next 48 hours.



it's really shameful......

plz do the needful action as early you can.....
