I have recharged my airtel mobile through order no.1010363 for Rs.500
on 24/2/11. It is debited my credit card but it has not recharged my mobile no.[protected]. Kindly rectify as soon as possible.

I too tried to recharge through freerecharge.in but it gives me session expired, its a fraud site, i am scared of misuse of my cc details :(

I was not aware of so many cutomer complaints otherwise i could not have tried even...
Same problem here I recharged my mobile and my amount got deducted from account but no recharge done..they have not given any contct no. also galiyan sunane ke liye
Freerecharge.in is a fraud website never try this tell this to everybody...

i recharged to my Airtel number for INR 510/- so fat it is not credit in my prepaid number Airtel but the Amount is debit in my Bank account. ACCELYST SOLUTION P LTD it's a fake company so request you all please do not rechared online through Accelyst Solution Pvt.Ltd. Be care full

Today I recharged my mobile [protected] with Rs 444 (Rs 10 more for delivery of the coupons) through www.freecharge.in. Mobile was not recharged for Rs 444 (full talktime). I recieved the the following message "Transaction Successful Oxi TransID-[protected] for [protected]" but no top up of 444 rs on my number. .

hello, my name is Majid and i often recharge with "freerecharge.in". Today i.e, on 24th march, 2011 i recharged 2 different no's but none of them was recharged. The recharge ID's are as follows:

Please help me out, I really don't want to loose trust over "freecharge.in". Besides i never receive the coupons on the given address.

This company is a fraud. They never send any coupons to anyone. Its a for selling their recharge. Iven if you keep on writing them emails, they will never respond. I have recharged 3 times and still havent got any coupons. Soon I will be taking case to Consumer Court. I have all poofs with me . My lawyer is working on this case. They will have to pay heavy amount to users as fine.

Same also happened with me.I recharged my friend's mob. [protected] with rs. 220 but amount got deducted and whenever i mail them they always say "your refund is under process".But i never got my refund. It's been more than 1 month and i am still waiting for my refund.

I have recharged my cell from freerecharge.in on 24/03/2011 of INR 310.The amount was deducted from my credit card but phone was not recharged..Till date 14/04/2011 the amount is not refunded..my transaction code is 075642..Is this a fraud or will i get my money bank..Kindly let me know.. its almost a month..where shuld i put my complaint.

what is accelyst solutions pvt. ltd contact number?

I do a lot of online shopping and normally any failed transaction gets refunded in 3-4 working days. I had a failed transaction on this site with Rs. 111 deducted. I'd like to give some days for the refund. All these complaints in this forum are making me jittery. Is there anyone who can vouch for this company refunding the amounts?
