respected sir,

i made a online recharge from the site (freecharge.in). they deducted the balance from my bank account but not did a recharge. when i called them they are not attending properly.

This is very disappointing. It has been 72 hours now and my tata sky is not working because of late response from you. As stated by you, i have still not recieved the amount back in my FC balance account. Please revert the amount in my bank account from where i have recharged. I do not want to wait till the credit comes in FC balance . Please take this complain seriously and respond accordingly.

hi i too face the same problem. They says that already recharged then i send them a mail with a screen shorts of my account where the money is deducted two times. then they refund my money to credit balance. Please mail them with proofs then they will react immediately.

How to find out the person who hacked my account ?? Please do some justice to recover my money.

I never faced any problem doin a recharge on my cell. even i did it for so many of others. whenever there was no recharge my account was credit with the same amount with which i can recharge next time or another number.
you are soo soo gooooodfreecharge...pls now just do one more thing and withdraw your policy of delivery charges because most of the times they are E-COUPONS. and also please work on postpaid bill payment it often declines.

I am using recharge since last Nov 2014 and till date I made total 5 transactions in pre and post paid mobile, all of them was successful. I don't know how your phone was not charged.

Are you people poor ? why do you charge us twice? If i am not refereeing to my statement you guys will have good revenue by doing nothing but just charging randomly. Its Free recharge or Free revenue charge. Pathetic. When you find error from your end, do you compensate for that ? Just sorry ( which is common for all mail correspondence ).

PAYTM is far better in responding.
I saurabh have been paid my bill of my tata docomo postpaid no [protected] dated on[protected] by an recharge app FREERECHARGE.IN which have been succesfully paid by this company with the order id- FCMM[protected] and Rs. 250/- has been deducted from my bank account and the operator id is OXI[protected] for this deduction but my bill is unpaid on[protected] . agian pay paytm.commy operater tata docomo says We would like to inform you that amount of Rs 400/- has been updated on 06-JUL-2015, however amount of Rs 250/- which was made on[protected] is not updated till yet. Hence for the same we would request you to kindly contact freecharge customer care to process further.So I kindly request to you pls refund my balance... I will go with CONSUMERS COURT
I got a message of deduction of Rs 17 but i have not done any transition
. The message is like that "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XXX8751 for a purchase worth Rs17 on POS 11309953 at ACCELYST SOLUTIONS PVT LTGURGAON IN txn#[protected].
I'm Kuldip Juneja...my mobile number is [protected]. I have been wrongly debited an additional amount of INR 3660 on my credit card when I was in the process of recharging my son's Vodafone number for INR 750.

Now I'm charged for INR 750 and unnecessarily for INR 3660 of which I want my refund to be process immediately...
