respected sir,

i made a online recharge from the site (freecharge.in). they deducted the balance from my bank account but not did a recharge. when i called them they are not attending properly.

Freecharge and accelyst solutions pvt. ltd is one of the cheating conpany fradu. They deducted amount from bank and recharge status is failed

Freecharge=CHEATING and FRADU
dont belive.. use PAYTM or use Network service provider website like vodafone.com or airtel.com
I paid rs 300 to idea bill on 08.01.2016 for my mob no [protected], but till date the above amount is not credit in my idea account but debited from my icici a/c on 08.01.2016, please check and revert back to my mob no [protected],
I made a Transcation with free charge with 400 rs to paid a vodafone bill mob no [protected] but till date the amount is not credit with vodafone a/c and the amount is debited from my a/c please solve my problem my mob no is [protected]

On 18 Apr 2016 I recharged my mob No [protected] for Rs 1000/ Payment ID No 52568339 and SBI Transaction No P OS- [protected] and Rs 1000/- Payment Isd No 52568623, SBI Transaction No[protected]. Despite repeated complaint to care irecharge neither the mobile has been charged nor the refund has been made for the last 15 days. I have forwarded all the details pertaining to these two transactions to care but i get pre typed text reply time and again, I Feel cheated and hurt Pl take necessary action to refund the amount ie' Rs 2000/- to me immediately
II was given a message /email that recharge were a success.

Freecharge — Made payment of my mobile bill (reliance) through freechrge but its not credited.

I have withdrawn Rs.5000 on 13.02.2017 at 12.30 PM from my freecharge wallet ([protected]@gmail.com) But till today, its not shown in my bank account. kindly check and arrange the transaction to be successful at the earliest.

With reference of ticket # 1333023, ticket # 1332712, ticket # 1310494, I remind you that your given time of 7-10 working days have completed. Now it is too panic for me and i am in trouble due to yours irresponsible answer and bad customer service i lost my valuable time and money.
Now i give 2 days to resolve my problem and refund my money.Otherwise i free to go to consumer court and appeal strict legal action against your company.

I have done a payment for electric bill of Rs. 4092/- through freecharge my transaction ID/ Reference[protected]GAJCHDSS4 and date 04/08/2020. my payment has been deducted and not deposited in AVNNL account for electric bill payment. due to this my bill could not deposited in time and now showing outstanding amount with late fee.

So please resolve the problem at the earliest.
