against blacklisted company

Accenture,IBM and Infosis ltd. have declared some companies to be blacklisted.
If any employee who has worked in blacklisted company applies for accenture,IBM and Infosysis, he/she got the interview call and he/she cleared all interviews but at the time of verification they say "you are from blacklisted company so we cant hire you".Here I dont understand if the candidate is currntly working in some reputed organisation for...

This is Guru [protected]. I have complaint about the accenture services where they hire employees at low cost on contract basis and they force the employees to stay late and work for late hours. They don't even make them permanent. In US contractor's condition is so good but in India its worse.Govt should take initiative against this. Please hide my details from them

My PF # is MH/BAN/45665/43931 is still not settled.I submitted the claim on 21/08/2008 and it is 17/11/2008 and I have not received my claim yet.Some please suggest as to where to follow up for the same.I need Bandra Pf office number and email address.

I would certainly agree to this as i have been a part of the said company called accenture...
IT SUCKS !!! especially there was a Sr.manager called AKASH CHAWLA!!! This son of a B&*^% tried to get all the girls out for date (with obvious reasons ) for out of the way promotions!!!
Now I hear that he is still with AT&T Sutherland ...on the same trail!!!

accenture services — PF Rejected

Hello,

My PF Account number MH/BAN/45665/24622, my name is Sadiq Mohiuddin and I was working with Accenture Services India Bangalore. I was supposed to receive my PF within 3 months and now after 8 months I receive a message saying that my PF is rejected without explaining details why its has been rejected.

The wait has been for 8 months now. I wonder what the government employees have been doing for almost 1 year to tell me that my PF form is wrong. What is the procedure forward and now what shall I do. Do I again have to wait for 8 months more after reapplication of the form.

Please help me.

Its a trap please don't fall in it, accenture and their vendors are very smart. They hire freshers and cheat them by holding their Original Id proof and marks card which is actually illegal.Please don't join as a contractor life really sucks.Accenture should be ashamed for paying such a less salary to contractors. They have stupid rules thats it.

    Hi,
    On 17th,april 2010 around 9 pm i was travelling from mayo hall to marathalli bridge in bus with number ka-01 F-1019. Once i got into the bus i found no space inside so was standing ahead opposite to door. The conductor forced me to go inside where there was no space to stand. Then i told him to stop the bus, seing his threatening attitude. He refused and later pushed me inside and forced me to take the ticket. He used a lot of bad words in the process which deeply hurted my sentiments.
    Have to do something about this. Do call this public service?

      I was standing at mayo hall bus stop waiting for the bus that will take me to Marathalli. It was about 9 pm so i had hurry and take any possible bus not necessarily a volvo bus. So i entered the very first normal BMTC bus without seing if there is any space or not. After i entered i realised that there is no space within to even stand freely, so i decided to stand opposite to the door where i found enough space. It was not that i was obstructing anyone or for that matter the door which should be closed before the bus departs from any stop.
      When the conductor arrived to issue tickets, he told me in a rough voice to get inside. Then i replied saying that "i cant go inside since already there were two lines of people standing in there". Then he started making his voice violent by saying to get inside. I said him to stop the bus as i was threatened by his attitude. After that he started pushing me inside along with using bad words. Then he forcefully made me to take the ticket inspite of me not wanting to be inside the bus. I gave him the ticket money. Giving ticket money is not a problem for me but the way he treated me was so abusive that i ll never be able to forget it in my life. Such happeneings make me feel that i am not living in a democratic country.
      Though not all conductors are like this, i have met many conductors who are really of helping nature. They help us with our queries at times.
      If a citizen wants to get out of the bus why is he forced to remain inside and take a ticket for the same. This is against my constitutional rights of "Right to Integrity". You have to respond to me on this issue otherwise i will think that there is no more democratic rule in this country.

        Power cut in Kodichikkanahalli area, has become a big problem causing untold miseries to our daily lives of massws. Power outage of long and short durations are as many as 5 to 10 times each day and there is as much as 7 to 9 hoursof total time each day spent without power supply. There were power cuts in the day times which is more than 3-4 hours sometimes even worse. In evening the is sure power cuts between 8-9 and 10-11 also in mid-night (1am to 2am,...) time there is power cuts. Most o[censored]s are working in the early morning till late night and couldn't sleep because of this. Kids and students are affected mostly due to this unintimated power cuts. How many times each day can this BESCOM do this? This has been disrupting our home and professional lives.

        The Minister for power keeps assuring that there will be regular power supply. Is someone from BESCOM or the related ministry listening to our pains please????? There was few/no problem till the BBMP election day. As this means the promise by CM is only for winning the election?

            Hi,
            I had booked tickets using the ticketgenie.in website. They had debited my credit card account. My tickets had been confirmed. I had made all arangements to watch the match on 10th april by cancelling all important commitments.And Just before a couple fo days i get a email telling that my tickets are cancelled just due to some technical issues.I want severe action to be taken against them for cheating the people who use their services.I have incurred a heavy loss because of this. If they continue this Its as good as openly cheating people.

              Hi Sir/Madam,

              I'm Dinesh Kashyap from Palam Colony. This is regarding the Personal Loan (LPDEL[protected])which I took in 2nd half of 2007.

              I met with Ms Paras working in Sec 8 Rohini regarding the last EMI which was not paid. When I asked her to provide the infromation regarding missing EMI, she provide me the list of EMI's which was not supposed to provide. She even don't know how much amount I need to pay.

              The way she talk to customers is not accepatble. She don't know how to talk to customers & deals with their queries. Providing every time hard copied of statements is not the best solution. She don't listen carefully and provide the wrong information. My suggestion is "In work they should keep personal issues away during work:.

              She need training to deal with customers.

                  Well what to say about Winpro Technologies..let me tell the story here to all the candidates who are searching for new job..fist day i went there in search of a job..they took Rs.500 from me and told that my cv has been selected by few companies and forced me to pay immediately..i paid and after that they said that i need to send my resume to one particular mail id..they said that my CV will be modified by Naukri experts and they will resend it back the modified resume to me..i did that also..however the in the modified resume there was no mention anywhere about Naukri logo or anything as sort of that that crap modification was done by Naukri..this was the first lie by Winpro..after that there is no response from their side at all...one person named Rajesh has given me a particular mobile number..when i tried calling them no one ever picked up..one fine day i called in their landline that too was fortunately picked up by them after several trial ..and the people out there started being anonymous..who am i??so lots of arguments and lots of trial made me feel very disgusting about the whole matter and i am have come here to release my feeling so that in future no other candidates should be cheated by Winpro frauds ..BEWARE guys never pay money to these folks..

                    I work in an MNC in Bangalore and recently had to go through the company policies for maternity leaves. The company offers nearly 12 months of maternity leave for its employees in both US and UK. But for the employees in India, the leave is just 12 weeks (less than 3 months). Isn't this a bit unfair?

                    Everyday in the tv, we see ads about how important it is to breast-feed the baby during the first year and that breast milk is the only food to be given for the first six months. There are a lot of working women who are not able to do this for their babies just because they are expected to report back to work after 3 months of leave. Most situations, these employees have to take 1 month leave before delivery due to inability to work and hence in-effect get just 2 months to be with the baby before getting back to work.

                    Why do the companies treat female employees in different part of the world in different ways? I find this as an injustice done to women all across India by most MNCs. While the MNCs announce proudly about their employee-friendly policies and boast about providing healthy work environment for women, they are actually putting a lot of trauma on working mothers and causing problems to the next generation too.

                    There should be some law to enforce companies in India to give sufficient maternity leaves before and after delivery so that we have a healthy next generation.This would in-turn help companies too as I have seen a lot of women leave their jobs to spend time with their baby and then move to another company after 1-2yrs. The number of women who quit companies for this reason is considerably high. A few months of half-paid leave could keep the employees in the organization.

                    the policy laid by the govt of india is 12 weeks subject to the employee having worked for 80 days in the last one year preceeding availment of maternity leave - the company has no say in these things - and it definitely has nothing to do with racism. FYI, this leave is extendable by another 3 months without pay

                      I have been dropping by wife to East End Jayanagar Bus stop for catching a bus to Indiranagar 80 feet road for the past 1.5 years. I have seen that although there a bus route 201R which is the right one for her, but the frequency for the same is not good enough. Also everyday the bus is over crowded and people are jam packed into the bus. So I would request re consider the frequency of these buses so as that people are having a proper travelling facility.

                          I worked with a company named Accenture Services Pvt.Ltd having its registered office in Nariman Point Mumbai. I left that company in July_07 and Accenture has submitted the documents to PF office Regional PF commissionar,341,Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, Bandra(East) Mumbai-400051. Accenture has given me proof showing that they have submitted PF .

                          I was told that i would get my amount max in 3 months.But i did't get any call, any mail since then, they never respond over the phone(
                          I mailed(email) them, but no response from there.

                          My PF no is MH/45665/24920.

                          Please look into matter.

                            I need to know the status of my PF Transfer

                            I am trying to reach the maharashtra (bandra) office phone numbers from more than 6 months but not able to reach any of the numbers as they always engage. Once I get the chance to had a talk with Mr. S. N. Patil on 24/7/2008, according to him my application is pending there only from 24/4/2008.

                            Please let me know the reason for this delay. I have been waiting for this since more than a year time.

                              I am an existing Kotak Card Holder aproximately for 9 month now ,i used the card and had seven defaults on my card due to unavoidable circumstances ,hence after which i cleared my card by paying it in full just few weeks ago ,before i made the payment i spoke to different operators on the other end of the phone who confirmed me once the full payment of done my card will be activated on my request and was asked to contact after 14 working days time but when i contacted the bank and its contact center they said they cannot activate the card and the card was cancelled so i requested for the conversation tape to be sent to me which has confirmation on tape about card activation after full payment is done but the Supervisor Rajesh from Maharastra Branch said tape cannot be sent ,so now i dont have anything to proof that i was misleaded and given wrong information by the bank inorder to get their money which i owed them so could you please revert back to me and advice me what should i do on this situation.

                                We have already filed your PF Withdrawal forms to the RPFC office for processing on 30/9/2009. On completion of process the final withdrawal amount will be directly credited to your Bank A/c ( Bank A/c provided by you in the forms ) by the RPFC office. The RPFC office directly sends the intimation to the employees address mentioned by them on the forms and not to the employer.

                                Accenture — PF Withdrawal amount not yet credited..

                                Accenture has submitted PF Withdraw form in Bandra PF Office on July 9th, 2008 but amout is not yet Credited. I tried to reach PF office through telephone but no response from them.
                                Also, establishment number "45665' is showing not exixt in the stie "http://www.epfindia.nic.in/indiaepf/loginnew.aspx".

                                Let me know how to get my status of PF?

                                  I had a HDFC credit card limit 18000, means cannot spend more than 18k , recently I opened a salary account with HDFC bank and they block amount 73000 how ? moreover before blocking this amount I done the settlement for credit card that was in 18k as the last date was 30 nov 2009 to make the ist installment i got delayed and made on 2 dec 2009, does it means they gonna take 73k instead of 18k ??

                                    My previous company Accenture India Pvt Ltd and I submitted my PF account transfer to my current employeeer IBM INDIA Pvt Ltd.

                                    My current employer sent the documents to Accenture India Pvt Ltd on[protected] and Accenture has submitted the documents to PF office on[protected].
