[Resolved]  Acer 15 Inch Crt - Ac512 Monitor — 3 Months delay in problem rectification

Hi,

At our company (Zunotech Infosystems Prvt Ltd, Chennai) we have purchased 17 Acer monitors which are still under warrantly. On 28/07/2009 we registered a complaint ( No.[protected] and[protected] to report a montior display problem. Till date the problem has not be rectified. There is no timely communication from their Service Agents, and each time we have to do the follow ups. Their Service is Horrible.
