Service and support is the worst ever i had . its been 4 days no guy come to my house to check the problem. I have registered 14 complaints. They are closing complaints with out even consulting .such a worst service provided by Beam telecom. Customer care guys are irresponsible Nothing is worst than this...Becarefull ... I am staying in Ameerpet. My experience with their services are very satisfied, in regard to Ameerpet is very good. I am very much satisfied with the service. Here in Ammerpet, whenever I have any complaint, action taken was prompt and that too within below 24 of hours.. And their new plans are very much low rentals it’s nice to hear. I certainly would recommend Beam Fiber connection.
