[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Unexpected Shifting charges | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a customer of Beam Telecom, Account Number is 92579, Userid is sachin.[protected]@gmail.com . I would like to shift my connection to a new house in the same locality where I stay right now (less than 400 mts.). When I put a request for the same, I was told that i have to pay a shifting charges of 400 Rs. However, initially when I got the connection in May last year, the executive delaing with the case informed me there will not be any shifting charges in case of shifting locally. I informed the same thing initially to the customer care, then to the technical staff who contacted me for the same. However they told that I have to pay the shifting charges and executive would have by mistake told about free shifting. I was kind of cheated by the executive and hence the company as well. Beam Telecom — Broad Connection service removed
Hi,I have paid money Rs. 4675/- for broadband connection (6 months package) on 2nd April 2011 and got the connection on 4th April 2011. My account number is 186608. From 16th April onwards the internet connection was not working and I have given the complaint and the Ticket No:1990847. Everyday I keep calling the customer support number to register the complaint again and without addressing the issue, the complaint was closed everyday . My last complaint id is 2020940 and 2018467. For the last one week the complaint was not addressed and whole purpose taking internet connection is gone now. I request you to address the problem immediately and compensate for the loss of connection which is a week time. As the service was not given by the service provider, I request you to disconnect the service and refund the money back as the fault is from yourside. Thank you.

I am facing the same problem. I also went for 6 moths subscription the marketing person Mr. Alikhan [[protected]] told that it will be done in 3 days. On third day I call him up and ask about it he tells me person will come to your home at 5PM no one visits same story is repeated next day. Then I file up complain with customer care [2582408] and the tell me we will get back to you in 24hrs. 24hrs pass by and no one calls back. I again try Mr. Alikhan and he promises me to call back in 30min but no one ever calls back. Many a times their phone rings but no one picks up and at times it is switched off to avoid customers.
This is ridiculous service and if this is at start what should one expect when they have our money and subscription for 6months.
