i had requested for money back on the basis of money back offer being offered, after a week of connection as i wasn't happy with the services provided.instead, i had received a monthly bill through my mail. however, some technicians came and disconnected it already. well, i was not able to reach the customer care to inquire about the money back offer. i was told, it would take 15 days to process, but its been almost a month now. so , i want to ask is that whether i am getting my money back or not. you guys should not have promised and introduced the 15 days money back offer if you cannot fulfill it. would be looking forward to hear from you sooner. reach me: rk.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
