ACT Fibernet — DELAY IN GIVING NEW CONNECTION

I applied for a new broad band connection with Beam Telecom dated[protected]. I was informed that i will be getting connection by[protected]. I called them multiple times and reminded the same that my promised connection date passed and i did not get the connection still. Each and every time, when i call the customer care, they say they are working on it but still no result. I am vexed with the way they behaves and i have been waiting for almost one month for my connection.

Please do the needful.

Hi i applied for new connection Blood sales agent given assurance instalation will be done with in 7 days but commitment time is 15days Though i waited for 20 days with out calling any customer care' After a month i started calling to them but iam not getting correct responce i need the connection to be install immediately else i want my money back.. Customer care is not satisfing the customer's speaking very rudely i spoke to one of the agent his name is Krishna he's a Floor supervisour he's very rude with the customer dont know to to convince the customer's and how to satisfy the customer's if this is the way i hope Beam Tele will be no longer in Market.
