[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — NO Service from BEAMtele - Almost two weeks

Hi Sir,

I need justice. I did not get BEAM TELE BROADBAND SERVICES after paying Rs, 3,300 on 26th May'2011. My work got affected by Beam Tele.

Here is my pathetic experience with Beam Tele – Internet broadband service in Hyderabad. Here below are the details of contacts I made with Beam Tele Service. I can give more details, if you want to know!!
Now I need your help, in contacting Consumer Forum to report about how my work got affected by this Beam.

Yesterday, 06/06/2011, kept leave for work to fix internet issue with Beam, but no service/support except ticket registrations and closing. Mr. Sekhar, Sales executive shouts over a phone like “Why are you calling me” or “Talk to Customer Service”. What I feel is, he should respond to our calls till service start. Just after cheque deposition, he is not responding properly. I WARN NEW CUSTOMERS AND BEWARE OF HIM.

Received SMS confirmation for the amount Rs. 3300 on 27/05/2011-16:29:35
Cheque collected by Sales executive on 26/05/2011- for 6 months service Rs. 3,300 for 1 MBPs speed.

• Chitti babu - At least replying over a phone with some reasons.
• Raj – Promised that he will send technician but no further response.
• Rahul – Informed that I closed as I am coming in two hours to your residence but no show on 06/06/11.
• Rakesh – Informed that, Ticket opened and service technician will resolve today!
• Sekhar – Sales executive, he will not pick the phone or Cut the call once he notices us as customer.
• Sekhar will prefer to take cash in 3 days in advance. If we insist him on service, He will ask I can take check payment also!!
• I requested all above to inform Sekhar to call me back, NO response!! Still I am looking forward to talk to him.
