dear dell
i have ordered for dell inspiron 530s from bangalotre on 23/10/2008 ( CPU ONLY) without dispaly monitor . .during that period the price is about RS 26000/- INR full system which includes dispaly monitor and cpu. i have paid Rs 28, 800/- for CPU and speakers ( stereo ). i have placed the order through Ms ANGILA BHUTIA. cpu supplied on 10/11/08 .later on it was found that the CPU supplied without card reader. when i contacted the customer care and Ms Angila Bhutia they are not responding properly about my complaint. they are saying that memory card reader to be specially ordered and it will not be supplied by deafault. i have taken quotation from hypercity mall at mumbai for the same specification the rate includes with speakers and card reader. the rate at hypercity mall suppose to be on higher side with card reader. i have taken the quotation from the mall of dell company desktop. kindly look into the matter and supply the card to avoid negative image of the dell company in the public. awating for the reply at the earliest .
