[Resolved] AGNI PROPERTIES — Fraud by Agni Properties | |||
Agni properties gave me a Credit note stating the credit note amount will be paid in full within 30 days of paying 30% of payment but now nearly 2 years have passed and I am still waiting for my money. They have all the excuses. They will not stick to there commitments. Anyone investing with them shoudl have good links in Police,etc so that they can be arrested for bluffing and frauds they do. I am really disgusted dealing with them.. I hope consumer court can give me some relief. Was this information helpful? | |||

Yes i agree with you Agni property are cheaters you can get back to me via E mail at my mail id that is

totally disagree...I have bought around 3 properties from them and they have honored all the commitments made by them...my credit notes amount has been disbursed on time...even one property M3M Merlin I have sold and booked profit which was sold by them...
I have had the same experience with them. They are not entertaining the credit note and giving all those lame excuses that builder has not released the money yet! It has been 8 months since i am chasing them like hell but in vain. They are COMPLETE FRAUD!!
Is consumer court doing anything on this? I see so many complaints lodged against Agni but i am yet to see any reply from them.

can one ask for kickback from share broker...why should one ask for kicknback from property broker
