I had done 1 flat deal with agni properties in Ionic eco city , virar (west) on dated 13/12/2011.but till date i had not recieved payments, after asking to their employees they are giving different reasons from last 4months , some times times says your payments should credited in bank a/c.within 2-3 days we recived mail from...

Agni properties gave me a Credit note stating the credit note amount will be paid in full within 30 days of paying 30% of payment but now nearly 2 years have passed and I am still waiting for my money.

They have all the excuses. They will not stick to there commitments. Anyone investing with them shoudl have good links in Police,etc so that they can be arrested for bluffing and frauds they do.

I am really disgusted...

I booked a flat in Betsech Park View Ananda, sector-81 Gurgaon, from AGNI Properties Agent, Sunny Sahani. He introduced the project as a new launch @ Rs.4,250 and informed that there will be a discount of Rs.250 from the company. The cheque remained with him for 1 month, later at the time of presenting the cheque he informed that the discount will instead be 4 % ON 4250, which will be forwarded to me at the time of paying 2 nd instalment....

Here i want to share my bad experience with Agni Properties. Through this Company i have booked a flat in Today Canary Greens, Sec73 as per their verbal commitment they mentioned to share the maximum possible agent commission.
After repeated reminders no one is responding. Its been more then 2 months, I am chasing these people to get clarity.
