[Resolved] AGNI PROPERTIES — Fraudulent selling | |||
I booked a flat in Betsech Park View Ananda, sector-81 Gurgaon, from AGNI Properties Agent, Sunny Sahani. He introduced the project as a new launch @ Rs.4,250 and informed that there will be a discount of Rs.250 from the company. The cheque remained with him for 1 month, later at the time of presenting the cheque he informed that the discount will instead be 4 % ON 4250, which will be forwarded to me at the time of paying 2 nd instalment. I agreed. I have no application form filled and no signed agreement with the Developer Bestech. The agent forged my signatures and filled up the form. It has been 6-8 months I have made the part payment, and the agent has left Agni Properties. I have been in touch with Mr. P.K. Sharma (AVP) business development for 2 months who assured to resolve my matter and arrange a refund from the company, but he has also resigned now. I tried selling in the market and come to know that the flat was already launched at Rs.4000, when I had bought. Even at that price there is no demand. I have paid 11 lacs. I met the developer Bestech group who prolonged the matter for 2 months, informed that there have been similar instances from Agni and they are trying to find some solution. In my case, Mr. Mukesh Jain Accounts and Finance Head, Bestech Group, has offered that I surrender my flat on the understanding that they will refund my money after deducting Rs. 50,000 plus taxes when the flat is sold. ( It could take days/months/years). But I will have to submit all papers in original, and the Company will not give anything in writing about this compromise. I think it is both the developer and the agent who are responsible. The developer has received my money from fraud, he ought to refund it. Wish if someone could suggest a solution. All, Agni is a fraud organization along with Khushi housing..Please be-aware before doing any business with these two agencies. They are cheats.
They will promise you in writing to refund part of the commission they would receive from reputed builders like DLF and others if you buy property through them but they will never refund or get back to you. They owe me 1% commission on the flat I purchased through them but even after a zillion reminders they have not got back to me. They just ignore my mails and calls.
I'm planning to move to court against them as it's not about money anymore, ...you have to teach them a good lesson.
With the strong anti-corruption movement going around it becomes moral responsibility of each o[censored]s to go an extra mile and expose these cons.

These are some people who are into property business and want to defame Agni Property...I have bought around 3 properties from them and they have honored all the commitments made by them...my credit notes amount has been disbursed on time...even one property M3M Merlin I have sold and booked profit which was sold by them...
