[Resolved]  Air Ticket — Refund of Amount debited

Dear Sir,

I booked an Air Ticket from Delhi on Saturday i.e. 20.08.2011 for my journey from Delhi to Kolkata by AIR INDIA Flight No. 022 through Makemy Trip.

I opted for payment of Rs.5,593.00 through my State Bank Of India Debit card and accordingly the said amount also debited to my State Bank of India Savings Account No. [protected] immediately. The amount has been credited to AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD MUMBAI (POS PRCH POS[protected] but Air Ticket was not generated.

When I contacted the concerned person of Makemy Trip the informed that since they have not received payment Air Ticket not generated and finally they canceelled the booking.

I arranged another Air Ticket to for my journey.

I thetefore shall request you to please look in to thr matter and arrange to refund the amount deducted to my account at an early date.
