[Resolved]  Aircel — outgoing problem

I am a Aircel prepaid user, My new sim recived in july month . address proof subbmited.Suddenly they stop the outgoing service in before 20. How can i manage. I went to nearby Aircel shop to told my problem. They simply told to me submit ur address proof and some documents to the aircel office . But My out going not send . I am 5 time calling the custamercare centre telling for please address proof .

Aircel — Very poor

this is very true that the person they put into there customer care they are non actually caring rather
anxieting the clients.
this is 2nd time i m lodging a complain n very true they will not respond to it..
this is not like u people r the only per second tariff holders.
i was skipped from airtel which i found was very very far service providers...
if this time u people will not respond to my mail u will find me into consumer court./

I have taken new sim on my old number and address verifications is completed. outgoing facility is not enabled. Its been a week. Customer care asks to contact aircel store and store people asks to contact customer care.
