how would i know about my call record dally
i ask to activate GPRS service to my mobile since a week.In customer care everyday they are guiding one way, but nothing useless.they ask me to submit the letter from my company, i did so too.No action so far.

I am Tufan Kr. Dey, my postpaid aircel no.[protected] & I'd use it last one & half years.In present situation I have not any dues of aircel postpaid but from 4/01/10 to till date my mobile no. outgoing call hasbeen deactivated. In this situation I have complained to customer care many times & also forward mail to customer care/nodal officer/appellate officer but till not solve my issue. Now I am also sacrifice financial loss for this connection. I cant leave this no. due to it scarttered to my max. clients.
So please take early action & save me from my financial loss.
I am waiting your kind response.

aircel/dialer tune — song not found
I'm using aircel number last 4 years..i was using the dialer tune "munpaniya" from movie nanda.time being i've changed another song.And again i wanted to have the previous song only..but i couldn't found the song code in their website.I've contacted customer care but they said that song was not in their directory.I said i was using this song earlier.But they were not replying..I want that song again as my dialer tune I want to deactivate my caller tune . so pls help me . This is my no.[protected]. I call to customer center lot of time but no response to it my call.yesterday i msg to cancel my caller tune but msg is not sent it . UN DT to 58273 this msg i type & sent it but is not sent. To replay failed to check details. pls help me.

hello...this is posting with having extreme disappointment, and i used several connections but i wont feel much sad like this connection.the main problem i experianced is that iam staying at tellicherry in kerala and i have one mms issue to be asked to the customer care and very very sad to say they are not RESPONDING me and i keep on trying and trying but cant access to talk to the customer care executives...my mob no:is [protected] and i hope someone in the head will come forward to kindly help me.
I HAVE TWO SIM CARDS, BUT RECENTLY I HAVE LOST ONE SIM CARD WHICH NO WAS [protected]. LAST MONDAY.I TOLD TO CUSTOMAR CARE TO DEACTIVATE THIS NO.BUT THEY DEACTIVATED MY ANOTHER NO [protected].AGAIN I REQUEST TO CUSTOMAR CARE TO BLOCK THE SIM WHICH NO WAS [protected] AND REACTIVATE THE NO [protected].BUT I DIDNT RECEIVED ANY SERVICE FROM THE CUSTOMAR CARE WITHIN 48 HRS.PLZ TAKE NEEDFUL CARE OF MY COMPLAIN.
I think aircel every person like a phool and stupid person i don;t i like call tune but aircl automatic active my call tune. and auto matic active friennd zone package. i firend zon this company talked to yr coustmer care persone. I think this comapny thinking every one is phool person. so i wanna say with in two days i have not received my money. so i am going to cusmer court.
