Aircel — extremely slow speed

i activated aircel 3g mornings pack on[protected], on[protected] i got speed of 3 mbps for data transfer FuP of 200MB & then speed reduced to 32Kbps as per plan, but from d next day onwards the speed is so slow that it takes about a minute to open google. i enquired to customer care but in vain. my aircel no : [protected], email : [protected]@gmail.com, contact no : [protected]. plz help

I have a Aircel internet connection. I am suffering my low speed of internet connection. No improving this connection.......please help me now.

i bought aircel super pro 3G connection about 15 days back and recharged it with a plan of 697 Rs for 5gb data on upto 7.2 mbps speed and after that unlimited data at 128kbps speed....i ve just spend 3 gb data and now i am getting extremely slow speed of less than 10kbps downloading speed and very slow browsing, they promised that in my area aircel coverage is also very good (KK Nagar, Madurai).
i am observing a wide fluctuations in downloading speed in last few days....but not a single time its reaching satisfiable speed.
please help.

Its bogus, i recharged for 3g, the speed ws impressive the 1st time i recharged, but now, after my 2nd n 3rd recharge, the speed is same as 2g, i check the balance, there are still 3g data left, its has hapend before with my other aircel sim too.. this is not right, 2oo disappointd.

my aircel 3g net balance is 3914.8 mb but it is giving very slow speed and only for half an hour or so it is giving a fast connection please help and provide fast connection

My Aircel No. [protected], and the name is Abraham from Chennai. I am customer of aircel above 7 years. I am using 3G / 500 MB / Month - Rent Rs.128/- as postpaid. Above 3 years I am using Internet. I am struggling with this 3G/2G speed for those years. Not yet complained anything. But friendly told at aircel customer care at Spencer plaza. Other networks like Airtel, MTS nets are in my friends mobile having good speed. But while I am roaming (Papanasam, Thanjavur) the 2G activated and that speed is better than Chennai 3G. (What a pity!). So please increase or adopt the original 3G feature for all aircel customers. Please satisfy all aircel customers. Otherwise all are getting mobile portability. I think to get mobile portability to Airtel. Please do needful.

I have an Aircel 3g internet connection in my phone. I am suffering from low speed of
internet for two weeks now. Soon after connecting it gives a moderate speed but after a few seconds the speed becomes terribly slow. My number is [protected] at Dankuni (Aircel Koklata Circle). My last 3g recharge was on[protected] of Rs 155 (1GB 2G/3G combo), out of which 158 Mb still remains unutilized at this moment.

HI Aircel,

I am Abraham, Mob no.[protected] from Chennai, India. I am postpaid user. I am under club 299 plan, which is 3G 500 MB and 2G unlimited. Every month I have received the text message from Aircel within 10 days that was told as consumed 80% of 3G quoto. So it will be reduced the speed changed as 2G. But I have checked in 2G connection for those days with the help of mobile settings. This time also received the text message like above as crossed the limit of 3G data. This is very comedy in Aircel.

I think prepaid is very best 3G data / 1GB we can gain with the same cost comparing to Aircel plan. ha hah ah

[protected] with data plan rs.88 on 25/04/2016 and the validity date is over on 26/04/2016, Aircel is fraud service provider i have got a notification that i will get 3days validity but i got 2 days and When i tried to surf internet they gave me 2G speed -_-! So i tried to contact Aircel customer helpline but they didn't accept my call for the whole day, Wow Aircel please refund my money or give me a new data balance with real 3G speed or iam going to stop using your services and tell my colleques too about your service.Incredible Aircel Services and Customer Help line

We would like to inform you that PI cards benefits have been revised on 19/04/2016 and with PI 88 you will get 1GB 2G/3G data for 2 days. Also, you have consumed 914.17 MB data from 25/04/2016 at 11:16 to 26/04/2016 at 15:32. Hence, no issue with data speed found.

Activated 3G GPRS Plan Of Rs. 98 1 GB 3G Data

I am a new customer

I got good speed for first 350 MB Then onwards i am getting maximum speed of 10 KBps

Which is not for what i paid

Called Customer Care Did not get satisfying answer

I was said that my device does not support 3G For information then how did i get 3G speed for initial 350 MB And i have been using Tata Docomo 3G for Years on this device and never any issue

So it supports 3G Now i want to change my service to Aircel Because i have shifted to Hyderabad from Gujarat Where Docomo does not provide 3G

Now this has become a very bad experience for me as a new customer

When i explained this to customer care executive He hanged on my phone I did not use any abusive words or mannerless language

I do not know who he was The real mother F I kept on saying hello And waited for long time At last i hang up

So this is the worst customer experince i have ever had to have Need help Want to get speed Tired completely Of False excuses and Ignorance

Or let me know at least if This can not be done So that i can finally start my procedure for SIM change to other company

Speed is not constant suddenly network will drops from 3g to 2g and the connection speed is too poor some times applications will show no internet connection even If the mobile data is switched on.

i am from silchar, assam i have recharged with the 3G internet pack of Rs.299 which provides me 1 GB 3G data per day for 28 days after recharging it on 28 aug 2017 only 4 days i have got the high speed 1GB data after that it provides me 1GB everyday but they are of no use as the speed decreased to 100 kb/sec from 5 mb/sec so it takes 2 days to download a small movie ...i just want the aircel service to fix that problem and if possible the return my unused data .My no.[protected] and my email...[protected][protected]@gmail.com...(((((by the way i m the fan of aircel service as it is the only network in india since long providing more data in low price in compare to the other network...to me aircel is the best and i just wanted to use the aircel 4G))))

i m from assam, dist.cachar place silchar...P/O.amcicapatty... pin code.788004...nearest landmark-- Gurucharan College..I m using Mozilla firefox and other browsers and the speed decreasing during downloading the problem occurs in case of all sites.I hv to spent my whole day to consume 1 GB only please fix that problem as early as possible and let me enjoy the high speed downloading rate.Thanks for the response and if possible then please return my data again.What ever may be but aircel is the best for me unless its speed gets increase.So ...5 stars...
