[Resolved] Aircel GPRS — Bad connection of internet on PC | |
I am arpit and i am using aircel no.-[protected].I have a poroblem with internet connection using on pc.When i connect my mobile with my pc and start internet, after 5 minutes it autometically get diconnected by the server.This causes me a great problem.When i try to contact customer care they dont give me any reply, they simply say that contact our GPRS department.and i was unable to contact there.so please try to solve my problem. GPRS CONNECTION — regarding INTERNET CONNECTION (GPRS)
i m pre paid costumer since last 2 years andmy 1st complain is i am using GPRS Service since one year approx. But from last two month is my internet connection not working & i am paying continue monthly rentel bill. so i complain to costomer care (my service proviser) again and again but there is no result I have called more a dozen times and have spoken to as many customer care representatives too. But I must confess that only my calls were attended to and not my requests. (I wonder whether this is part of the training programme of the airtel customer care forum, to effectively mock helpless customers like us.) I called up one time, and say i want mail ID or Ph No.of high authority of Airtel. just want to make a complaint to the higher authorities about the disrupt in Internet service, so i asked the procedures in doing so. He followed the same idiotic strategy. He discussed with someone and transferred to some stupid machine where none picked up the call. another waste of 7 mins.
I called up again. The agent named sonia answered the call. She said she'll transfer the call to a Team Leader. Call transferred to viakas, A Team Leader as stated by himself. But if he is really a team leader, i'm sure Airtel HR managers are unfit for recruitment. I don't find at least one quality of a team leader in the way he handled the call. He blames stupidly on stupid reasons which is not at all acceptable for anyone who owes the service. Finally i had to appreciate him but in vain. & I have also made as many requests for a reference no. or a complaint no., something that would give me a hold, for me to follow up on the service that appears wanting regarding my requests. But i am never given any such a thing. there is no result Only All i hear is the same crap of 24 hours. i call again & again in this connection my Airtel block my customer cares service last 50 days.( What a grate idea) . Now i cant complain my problem. Airtel customer cares are great, great enough to give 121 for all the message. My Internet Connection was not working since last 2 months and I do not have an Airtel mobile or landline nearby moreover 121 should be done only through Airtel how it is possible and afterall I somehow managed to do 121 through my friend's mobile. but my three friends customerS care Service has been blocked by Airtel ( A grate Service Provider).
Now i going to take action against in Cosumer Forum.
Fnally u can say it is not a customer care rather than customer cursing centre... what a wonderful name.
I am really fed up of this airtel and I really dont understand why Gentelmen like ShahRukh and Sachin are promoting this airtel.(Fit for nothing) i think they also cheating us bcoz we like them, we trust them

Prepaid AIRCEL Connetcion — no conectivity ...no network ...no Internet settings
I regret having taken the AIRCEL prepaid connection. My Aircel mobile number is [protected] .i had taken this connection on 19th June 2009 and till date i.e. 25th June 2009, my phone has not been activated. The customer care department of aircel is also pathethic. I have spoken to five different people who after listening to my problem put me on hold and then never return back even if i hold for 45 minutes.All i want is an SMS with required settings so that my internet can get activated. I have send SMS " WAP" / "PI"/ "ALL" to 121 number but there is no response. i have not received the settings till date so that i can start using the pocket internet.
The customer care people at number [protected] are pathetic hand have no concern for the customers problems...i have spoken to puja/ puneet / sandeep ...do not remember other names !
Would request you to send me the internet settings form my phone ( HTC model No. ELF0100 ) as soon as possible and do not harass me further to the extent that i take this matter to the consumer court !

I am jasmeet and my aircel no. is [protected]. i have a problem with my internet connection on pc as well as on my hand set.when i start the connection first it get connected but after few minutes it get disconnected. when i ask the customer care they said that there is some bandwidth problem.i tried all type of software on my pc but no software solve my problem.

slow gprs internet speedspeed of my gprs connection is 115 kbps but i get only 30% of internet speed, [protected]
"It can happen if that area falls under the low network zone, the net services get hampered too, coz it is directly proportional to the network performance. You need not worry, just find out which is your nearest store to your place and discuss your problem. They will definitely help you with this. Good Luck
