[Resolved]  Aircel Mobile Connection — Complain against AIRCEL for deduction my balence

My name is Mr. Santanu Ghosh, having a AIRCEL connetion no-[protected] for atleast 9 to 10 months only.But recent the deduct Rs.100/- from my balence as on 22.11.08 and then i submitted my complain to the company and they give me a docket no on 22.11.08, time 8.46 a.m and the docket no is P00176806 and also give me the assurence to take 72 working hours.but still now they have no solved my problem . and also know about this company that they give assurence daily but they not solve the problem and also known that they all time give another docket daily to still now, but how time they take to solve my problem.i[censored] understand my problem so pls solve my problem. and evrything docoment in my mobile and their assurence, so please do the needfully.

aircel service is very very bad

why is 3G service is not avilable in jowai, so tell the reason.or please launched quickly the 3G in all part the North east

I am purchas an Aircel prepaid sim from Kolkata.My aircel no is:[protected]. I am seeing that after recharging (23 rd of June-2011)RS -30 but my balance getting zero of any information & any SMS.I also contacted to customer care, but they didn't give proper reply.But my complaint no. is 1-[protected]. I also contact to customer care 02 july, 2011 & they give me refund my ballance RS -30 in 06 hours.And i cannot take my ballance.
So my request to you that plz help me to get the justice.

As i got a call today[protected] early morning at 4am from your aircel company stating for caller tunes and when i woke up and cut the call i was charged for Rs 42/- ( Rs6/- per Min)
I have activated DND operation for this number 3 weeks before.
When i called 198 there was no response and they told me that i had only called you.
My complaint is.
1) After DND operation how can you call me.
2) if so, How can you call me at 4 am.
3) How can you charge Rs 42/- for incoming call.

The 198 customer care attendents are
1) Mr. Hari at 10.35 Am
2) Mr Kumar at 12.40
And 3) Mr suresh the incharger at 1.45 pm today
I am suffering a lot of problems from one week ago that was ------
My GPRS connection is very bad. your downloading and suffering is very bad.when i connect to net my connection is not connected. if my net connected then surfing in very slow. I am not able to browse internet from pc connecting the phone. But i can transfer file between pc and phone via bluetooth.
My handset is Micromax q5. My mobile no. is "[protected]" delhi

i can recharge my pripaid 22 ru.77 ru.44 ru.61 ru but not active any sceme my bal is loss.pls ac cept my complaint.i loss my 222 ru in aircel.

GPRS Charges Rs 1800

I activated the pocket net Rs 99 /-per month But i recevid the bill of Rs, 1800/- charges for GPRS, very Worst Service Past 6 yrs i am using this post paid [protected], I

Respected sir i have recharg my no from aircal network [protected] and 14 aug 2014 tr id MUR[protected] rs139 is i have not to use data suddenty lost my 139 rs .balans form no so please suggest help me to recovery my balance

to de activate 197 pack

[protected] is my aircel prepaid no...in my mobile i activated 197 pack before one week.but that plan not supported to my micromax a75 mobile... pls de activate that 197 plan as soon as possible...
