Aircel Prepaid — deducting money
I am using Aircel prepaid mobile connection. It has been noticed that the service provider deducting money from my account. When I asked the customer care they said some other services is activated in your account. But I am very surprised that how the other services activated. Either me or nobody in my family activated such nonsence thing. Even yesterday the Aircel Service provider deduct Rs.15 from my account and I am very surprised that as per message sent by them it shows that the money is deducted because of the Rat Baki Renewal fees for next seven days, but when I asked the customer care about the said service activated time yesterday they informed that the Rat Baki services has been activated on 13the July 2011. My question is there if the subscription date is 13th then why the renewal charges is deduction on 18th???. This is just an example they deductied lot of amount from my account with activated by them only.Aircel Prepaid — Deducting money in illegal way.

My sel[censored]mesh. Customar of Aircel mob no – [protected].
On the Date of June 5th I was recived a message regarding “THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING TO AIRCEL FRIENDZ ZONE. YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS. 30 FOR 30 DAYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE CALL 570001(TOLLFREE). TO CHAT CALL 57000 AT RS 2/MIN.” and after I checked my balance the amount of Rs 30 was diducted. From my balance. I immidetaily call on 198 at the time of 17.18 hour on dated of 05.06.2011 but the persion from your side note my complain and assure me that my ammount will refund in next 24 hours. But till date I am not get my amount back from your side.
It is requst you to please refund my ammount as soon as possible. OTHERWISE I WILL BE FORCE TO CHANGE MY NETWORK FROM AIRCEL TO OTHER
