Aircel Prepaid — prepaid amount theft & nuisance ad calls

my prepaid amount thefted by aircel(mobile service provider) when i asking to their customer care they replied "u r selected dialor tune " but didn't ask or select dialor tone service so many times it happened to many customers , i am highly disturbed by unwanted AD calls from aircel

pls throw out aircel use another honest network, b coz, even though it is a multinational company, if they started to theft customer's money, it will have been destroyed in rapid speed than they grown
