I need to change my aircel postpaid no to prepaid
i am using [protected] as aircel post paid in past 10 month .In my company the providing for me a postpaid sim, so i need to convert my postpaid no [protected] to prepaid no as my permanent no .

i want to change in postpaid to prepaid

Hi,

I am using post paid past 5months now i want to add GPRS and Internet setting in my mobile. i called customer care last 6days but till now there is no activation done. so i plan to change post paid to prepaid hence psl advise the procedure urgently.

WE ARE USING AIRCEL POST PAID NUMBERS OF [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
WE HAVE TRIED TO CHANGE FROM AIRCEL TO AIRTEL.AND WE SENT REQUEST AND PORTABILITY FROM JANUARY 2015.
BUT AIRCEL NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE, EVEN THOUGH WE PAID IN ADVANCE.
WHY AIRCEL DOING THIS COMPULSORY I DONT KNOW.LOCAL AGENT SAYS THAT WE HAVE WRITTEN TO AIRCEL, THAY ONLY DO THIS AND WE HAVE NO POWERS, JUST FORWARDING YOUR REQUEST.WE REMOVED OUR GROUP CUG ALSO.
WE SUFFERED A LOT AND TRYING TO CHANGE FOR PREPAID.THAT ALSO NOT YET DONE.
WE ARE NOW IN A CAGE OF AIRCEL.
