it's been almost one month, that my internet connection is not working properly. the internet speed is variable and sometimes it does not load even if i have "full network". sometimes it happens when i carry out some transaction and have to go to the bank. i have taken 3G plan and i should get the speed for which i have paid for.
i would like to get the correct broadband for which i have paid and a reliable service. so AIRTEL PEOPLE PLEASE RECTIFY THIS MISTAKE OF YOURS AND I[censored] CAN'T PLEASE STOP LOOTING PEOPLE IN THE NAME OF PROVIDING SERVICE. THANKS

My first question is even after launching the service why 3G stops working suddenly for so many days. My 2nd question is I have recharge a 3G pack of Rs 201/- which gives 500MB of Data download. I connect with Airtel 3G dongle. It connects properly but pages are not opening. I called to Customer care, they told there is some n/w problem and it will be ok in the next morning. i tried again in the morning but it is not yet working. Again i call Customer Care, they told the n/w problem is ok now. they told me to take my laptop and dongle to the nearest airtel office. When i went there, they told the n/w problem is not yet solved. So i have been misunderstad with two different words. Even without opening page, my download data amount is showing low. It is deducting data balance without any reason. I need my data balance back.

I am getting speed which is about 30-40 Kbps which I think is 2g speed. I have subscribed for my plan 199 which gives 135 mb of 3G usage on my mobile no.[protected]. I am sending a screenshot of my 3G usage for this month which is way below my data cap. Whenever I report this problem to airtel I get the reply that 302 mb has been used of 298 mb which is wrong as I have never subscribed for the plan which gives me 298 mb. I think it's a fault with your system .Kindly restore my 3G service as soon as possible. My reference no. is 57344517.

I'd been using 3G for quite some time but then the problems started. I'd gone to a relative's place where 3G wasn't available, so I switched to 2G. When I came back, I did a 2.5 GB 3G recharge (Rs. 646) and soon got the message '3G has been activated on your mobile' (I don't remember the exact words). So I switched back to 3G but found that there was no signal. I thought it might be a signal issue, but then I found that 3G was still working perfectly on my other phone (which is also Airtel), so it couldn't be a signal issue. I live in a big city and have tried it at different places in my city, but there is no signal anywhere, so it's not like there's something wrong with my particular location. Besides, I'd been using 3G earlier in the same location with the same SIM and same phone, so what's gone wrong now?

After that, I tried everything I could - restarted my phone; deleted internet settings and added them again; put the SIM into another phone; but I couldn't get rid of the problem. I also sent 3G to 121 and received the following reply: '3G service is already active on your airtel. To change plan, reply with 1.'

2G is still working but the speed, of course, is extremely slow. If I had known that 2G was all I would get, why would I spend Rs. 646 for such slow speeds?
Hi team

I am facing this problem every month twice, from the day i have converted my connection to post paid.
i have done complaint for this yesterday again according to cce this problem
going to solve till four day . But i cant not wait that much period of time as I am in business of e commerce so it effect my work a lot.
please do the need full asap because we cant except this kind of service from a brand like airtel.
