[Resolved] Airtel — 3G services not activated | |||
Dear sir, Hai my self sibi simon and i am using the airtel no.[protected] which is ported from aircel. But now i can not activate 3G services on this number. I was contacted the customer care executives 2 times they said that the 3G services on my number will activate within 4 hrs and a confirmation message will recive. But still the 3G services are not activated on my number. What can i do. Can you provide me the 3G services. I am not able to use 3g services from past few days even after having proper balance. i have called the customer care N number of times and they all have contradictory opinion. Today Morning only when i called one operator (YOGESH) told me Bakwas Mat karo and he was very rude in talking. When will the services start? every time when i call they give me different answers, the system is in up gradation, it is already activated, call after 4 hours. how many times do i need to call for such trivial query? why cant you just activate 3g services so that i can easily use it. After the lapse of validity then you people going to activate it.
