[Resolved] Airtel — Abusive Language | |||
Today I received a call from +[protected] by Mr. Prashant Singh; executive of customer care Airtel. He was asking me about my last postpaid bill of Rs626 which I have already paid 26th of last month. I was giving him my transaction no as I have paid through net banking; but he was not agree to listen my thing and started abusing me while I am here in my office in a meeting with my co workers. After completing my meeting when I called on the same no; Ms Veda has picked up and telling me that she needs to check who is prashant singh over there and also started to telling me that do not put any complain. TODAY AT ABOUT 20-05HRS I HAD RECEIVED A CALL FROM[protected] WITH A ABUSIVE AND UNPARLIAMENTARY LANGUAGE. NOW I WANT THE CUSTOMER NAME AND FULL ADDRESS WITH EMAIL ADDRESS. PLEASED TO FURNISH THE SUPRA DETAILS EXPEDITLY TO ENABLE THE CUSTOMER.

My bill was due for airtel broadband from 4 months
I paid in two checks -axis bank one of them bounced
The collection department started calling up numbers from my bill
And started abusing about my mother
The connection is on her name
What can be done now ???
