i m sending messages from my mobile!!bt it is not sent den also in my bill details dey r seen charged!!!!!i mean dey r charged unnecessarily!!!!!!!!!1

I AM SANDEEP , MY PHONE NO. IS [protected] , FROM 3 DAYS 1 RUPEE IS DEDUCTING FROM MY BALANCE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE MY MSG OFFER(RS 77). TILL NOW RS 100 ARE DEDUCTED FROM MY MOBILE. WHEN I CAL UR CUSTOMER CARE THEY GVE ME REQUEST REFERENCE NO. CBDPA[protected]) BUT STILL ITS NOT RESOLVED.PLZ CLEAR TIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
